1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

How Many Outfits Does Your Doll Have?

May 12, 2009

    1. I only have one doll, and so far he has two and a half outfits :XD: haha

    2. I have six SD sized girls and they share 15 outfits . ^___^ My Nanuri only has two but they are really nice outfits so he doesn't mind.

    3. As of now?..... one and a half, haaaaa....but that's sure to change when I actually get him. I'm thinking about, maybe thirty 8D ? Also, he's not a very short-sleevy type of character, so he's kind of going to be ignoring the fact that people don't wear sweaters when it's hot.

    4. I think my girl has 4 outfits(basically a top and bottom piece thing,one is a dress.),one pair of sockies and shoes, and a hairtie(she has short hair for the mo though -_-)

    5. my boy have 3 outfits ,one pair of socks 2 pairs of shoes . =x oh...and a underwear \o\

    6. too darn many !!!

    7. Too many to count off the top of my head.

    8. At the moment... mmm... Jiao has about 7 outfits. I have to recover economically before expending more on dolly clothes and shoes.

    9. Mine needs more. LOL. I have 4 outfits for my Olivia and one outfit for my Sjo. I haven't really been interacting with them much lately due to some family crises, but Olivia is wearing a traditional kimono from last year's NY Dollpa, and Sjo is in his jeans and tee. Olivia has several mix and match sets from Volks, but I've done a sloper pattern for her and hope to actually create some outfits for her. I have some cute blue, red and green plaid for a skirt, blue knit for a top and jean material for a jacket. I just have to find time to make it. I'd love to have more clothes, I love to change Olivia up.

    10. I have no idea * O * LOL too many to count OTL
      it was just supposed to be just a few a first but the collection greww ;-;
      they all mix and match their clothes~ ;-;

    11. I actually thought I had quite a few before I read the responses in this thread... X*D

    12. I love doll clothes, so all of mine have a bunch of outfits ranging from things made specifically for BJD's to vintage, and everything in-between! My Kid Delf is the most spoiled with 3 good-sized storage drawers of her own, but she now has to share with my new msd.

    13. Faye has three outfits that fit her, one that needs to have darts put into it, and one that is so ugly, she'll never wear it. She doesn't have any shoes though.

      Dahlia has two dresses and a pair of shoes.

    14. Each has about 3-4 complete outfits. Outfit pieces they each have several. El and Soo-Ri swap stuff but Abadon has a different look so he doesn't share everything. I change the outfits depending on my mood. They don't have seasonal outfits but they do each have at least one casual and one formal :).

    15. It depends. Some of my guys don't have a lot--a pair of pants, and enough t-shirts and long sleeved shirts for winter to go around. Two of my mini boys need a wardrobe revamp, so they went from having a lot to not much as I need to replace a lot of stuff. My girls definitely have more, since they can share a lot of stuff and a good bit of it can be mixed and matched. My Bobobie girl can't wear a lot of the same shirts, though, since she has a much bigger bust than my other gals.

    16. Too many! XD My SD doll has a bunch of outfits (which fun cause I like to change them up)...working on getting more for my MSD girl. I just love all the doll clothes!

    17. I do not count my doll clothes by the piece. I count it by the zippered plastic storage bag. As in, 3 1-gallon zippies of miscellaneous dresses, pants and other goodies (purses, backpacks etc.), 2 sandwich bags of stockings and underwear, 1 quart bag of tops, 1 quart bag of skirts and 2 quart bags of shoes.

      I bought my dolls to sew for. I enjoy making clothes and it is not economically viable to make my own any more. My minis have heaps of clothing. My 60 cm. girl not so much. I find I enjoy sewing for the minis most. I like making contemporary clothing. The girls have no outlandish stuff like renaissance or Lolita. The 60 cm girl has been pushing me to make her Girl Genius wardrobe lately. Maybe I will.

      I do try to match their clothing to the season. Right now they are in varying stages of nakedness Since I am always sewing. I do prefer separates. My girls have very few dresses.

      The only thing I am not ready to make for them yet is shoes. I am on a campaign of trading my work for shoes. I was just thinking yesterday that I will have to start another bag for shoes.

      I am not interested in owning boy dolls. They would be no fun for me to sew for.

    18. Hard to count, as there's lots of mix and match. These kids need lots of choices! If only I dressed as well as my dolls.....

    19. i only have one doll (kid delf bory), but he already has about twelve outfits and one dress which he refuses to wear. *lol*

    20. Each of my dolls has a drawer of clothes that "belong" to them (some packed to the brim), plus I have a couple drawers of "mixed/unclaimed" clothes, and some large drawers dedicated only to accessories or shoes or wigs. (The ones shown in the photo are not all of my storage units - I have several more.) Plus there's the clothing that all the dolls are actually wearing at any given time.
