1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    3. I'm 28 and I've been collecting dolls for 6 years. Sadly, had to go a few years without purchasing anything, but hopefully I can make up for that soon.

    4. I am 30. >0<
I got my first BJD six years ago.

    5. I am 28 years old. I have yet to own a bjd. However, I'm working on saving up money for my first one. I've known about the hobby since 2008. I don't think you can ever be too old. I think you can be too young, though. For example, I don't think a toddler would be able to fully appreciate a bjd.

    6. I'm 20, but I've been interested in dollies since I was 14 or 15!

    7. I am 60, love to make my dolls clothes
      I am a retred tailr
      :)

    8. I entered the hobby at 18 and turned 25 in August. Even though levels of passion may come and go, I think I found a lifelong hobby.

    9. Im 24 now, but I started when I was 18 :) First time in 6 years that my wish list is this short, but still in love with the hobby!

    10. 14 turning 15 in may~
No one is never too old to have Dollies~

    11. I am 26, and will be 27 in a few months.
And I think nobody can be too old for this hobby. Age doesn't matter, just do what you like. :)

    12. I'm 21. I only really got into the hobby for real this year, but have been admiring BJD's for over three years, and got a Hujoo two years ago.

    13. I am 31, I have been collecting dolls for many years (I don't have a BJD yet) but feel like I cannot always actively collect or be interested in the same type so I must learn about new types!

    14. I feel so young and unsure here!
I'm 17 turning 18 this new year in local age, but If I count it the american way I'm 16..? Probably

    15. I'm 29 and started collecting BJD 4 years ago.
It's surprising to see the difference in the age ranks :)

    16. I just turned 22 several weeks ago and got my first BJD earlier this year. I've been into dolls in general for about 2 years.

    17. 26, will be 27 in June :)

    18. I'm currently 22 years young, but I've had my first doll for five years (approaching 6!) So I guess I've been involved with the hobby since I was around 16 or 17.

    19. I am 22 years old and bought my first doll this year.

    20. This range of age makes me really comfortable. I love how people of all ages turn out loving dolls. It's just amazing.
