1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

How Old Are You?

Feb 26, 2014

    1. I'm 26! I've been lurking for a loooong time - hopefully I'll be in a position to afford a doll this year :)

    2. 24 going on 25 in July.

    3. I'm 38 years young :) and got into BJD dolls not so long ago, wish I came across them sooner, when I had less responsibilities in my life :pout:

    4. I`m 23. I learned about BJD when I was 18. But first doll came to me recently. Two years ago. And I think that this is only the beginning of my hobby.:)

    5. I started when I was 21, I'll be 25 in june though.

    6. I'm 26, 27 next month. I started collecting BJDs last year and got my first dolly for my birthday as a matter of fact. I have 3 now. These things like to multiply! I love dollies, and i love that I can share my miniature passion with my daughter too. :)

    7. I am 63. I've loved dolls all my life and I'm not going to stop now.

    8. I'm 33 today, whee! :dance I just started collecting and I'm glad I didn't find out about BJDs until I was older and have a bit more spending money, haha.

    9. 19 turning 20 soon! ^^

    10. Turning 34 next sunday.

    11. I'm 32 going on 33, I've been in this hobby for about ten years.

I don't think I'll ever 'outgrow' it, but I am recognizing, for me at least, that it will ebb and flow. I haven't done much related to dolls in the past while, and probably won't get a chance to do much as I have a toddler and one on the way, and for me they get first dibs for time and money! I'm looking forward to when I will have more time for dolls and enjoying handing around the forums and day dreaming at the moment!

    12. I turned 20 in december and I learned about BJDs when I was 12.
I think one will never get too old fo this. ^^ And it's never too soon to begin!

    13. I'm 28 years old, but I've been interested in the hobby for 10 years. I finally bought my first doll in January and per-ordered two more!

    14. I'm 25 and recently ordered my first doll! I don't think you can ever be to old for ANY hobby. You only live one life, why spend it worrying if you're the right age for what you wanna do.:)

    15. I am 27!!
2013~ jumped in the BJD world~:D

    16. I'm 22, and I don't think there's such thing as being too old for being part of the BJD community, it's like people who collect stuffed toys, Barbies and other 'childish' things, you can't be too old, plus with the price of BJD's the older you are the better off you probably are in the hobby because you usually have more money for your dream dolls.

    17. I'm 19, turning 20 this year! And I don't think there's really such a thin as being too old for dolls in general. My aunt, who is almost 50, actually does OOAKs. Not on bjd but still. Never too old!!

    18. Seems i am a little bit young here.......21 yrs old and get my first doll when i was 18;)

    19. I'll be 20 in April. I've been interested in BJDs for a few years now and have finally started collecting them.
