How old is your oldest doll?

Leo, my yosd Ryo is my oldest and dearest doll in my collection. He came home from Volks in 2008 as a wedding anniversary gift from my husband.

 

Mischief is my oldest. Well, his head is XD He's an orginal delf el, bought second hand in 2005. So, he's going on...8 now. Wow that's crazy to think about!
I still love the sculpt but I will be re-shelling his character soon. He's outgrown it. I picked him out when I was still young and he LOOKS young. (and apparently girly to other people =_=) But he won't be leaving me. I want to keep his head. He'll possibly be another, younger character at some point.

 

My oldest soon to be full doll is a pre-2002 Volks old F-04 head on a body of similar vintage. Volks haven't made the slender-type arms and legs from that body for a decade.

 

My oldest is Feena from 2009, so that makes her a bit over 4 years old now, she's long since been put on an upgraded body, and has much improved eyes and wig (the volks defaults were rubbish, really). I still love her just as much as the day I got her, she still gets preferential treatment despite all the newer (and actually cuter) girls I've since gotten over the years.

 

I think my oldest is a 05 Luts Breakaway Vampire, I got him several years ago, and still love him to death. The one i've had the longest though is my Bobobie Weylan, I've had him since Bobobie first made him, I think that was about 07-ish

 

My oldest is 6 years old... I have 2 6 year old dolls.

 

My first BJD was Renji and Obitsu 50cm got him in January 2010. The next year got Rukia a Obitsu 48cm. This year I got Thomas resinsoul gang and that opened the floodgates to the rest in my collection. But before Renji I was collecting the small Obitsu 1/6scales hoping to save up the money for a big one, one day I got my first one in about the end of 2008.

 

My oldest was made in 2004. But the my first doll was bought direct from the company in 2005. Almost ten years! That's kinda mind-boggling to think about. Haha.

 

Bris is my oldest, I got him back in 2008. My oldest overall would have been Kieran, a Minifee Chiwoo, who I got in 2006, but I've since sold him. Bris is six this year, though!

 

I can't believe it but my first doll, Maliaru (Shiwoo Special) is going on 8 now. He came home in Dec. 2006. I had to go look to make sure and double, triple check on paypal for when I sent his payment. ;.; I want to cry. XD In a good way. Oooh. I am so happy I got him and the others that followed. My mom maybe not so much, but she also hit that stage where she doesn't hold onto materialistic things really. I'm the opposite, I have a lot of my childhood things and treasure most everything that has been given to me. Maliaru was actually my first MAJOR purchase of my very own without any help. So, he's so very special to me and I love him to bits. Gah.

 

My oldest will be one year old in two months time.

Vince will be four years old later this year... can that be right?! Wow, I guess so.

I think his character has sort of solidified. He definitely needs a new faceup alongside the additions I'm making to his wardrobe. He now spends a lot of time out of his default wig, when I bought one to be part of a costume for it and he sort of... adopted it for everyday wear. I still love his default, but he's more flexible, I guess. Which is only right, considering how flexible he is when it comes to clothes.

I still love him. He's still my 'cuddliest' doll and it's a comfort to have him to hold sometimes.

 

I got Alphie, my Luts CP Delf Chiwoo, in 2005. He's the boy in my idon picture, still with me, not going aywhere, not sure his actual age as he came to me on the secondary market.

Most of my dolls I have no idea of their actual age (I can't remember tey year they came to me, let alone how old they were when I got them - I only know Alphie came to me in 2005 because the date I joined my first BJD forum is listed in my details on the forum site.

My oldest doll is 6 months old ><&#65292; ios-sezz. But I my girls actually is from 2011, and last year december she came to my family from her original owner.

 

My oldest doll, as in the oldest with me, is four and a half years old. He has yellowed over time, but nothing to unpleasant. The others were purchased second hand, one I know the creation year, because of his event character (end 2010), so more or less three years now. The other I have no ides how old they are. But it's not something that intersete me to much either.

 

As far as I'm concerned my older doll was made in 2013 and she'd got 1 year yesterday, happy birthday to my socheon dollmore^^

 

I'm new to BJDs, so my oldest BJD is only a few months old (I picture her character as being in her mid/late 30s). The oldest doll in my overall collection is 30+ .... As I have some from when I was a kid.

 

My oldest doll is five years old, a white resin Dollzone Mo-2. He's pretty yellow now, but I still adore him to bits and pieces. He's still my sly-looking doll I fell in love with as a clueless newbie (I'm not saying all newbies are clueless, but I most certainly was), and I love him all the more to this day.

 

Mimi, my oldest doll, is a Souldoll Soulkid Harang. She was made in 2005, so she's 8 years with me now! She also still has her default face-up and eyes - I could never change that. My second oldest doll, Simon (Limhwa Limho Mono) is from 2006 and is also one of the very first Monos. He's even in French Resin, something Limhwa has stopped top do long ago.
All my other dolls are from 2012+, because I stopped collecting BJDs for some years.

 

My first (and still only) doll is about 5 years old now. I thought that was quite old (seems like she's been here forever!), but reading this thread it seems she's kind of average age :p
