How old is your oldest doll?

I'm really impressed by how long some of you have had your dolls. It's really cool and sweet to read.

 

My oldest doll will be 5 this year. He's changed a bit as I got more dolls and he "reacted" to them (if that makes sense to people who feel like their dolls have their own character). I feel like his faceup is maybe a bit faded now and that makes me sad. He's a bit yellower than my other dolls but I think it's mainly because I bought him before DoD started making their resin as pink as it is now. I still love him more than all of my other dolls. I'm a bad parent like that.

One of my other dolls has an older head that I bought second-hand but I consider him newer since his previous owner had never really taken him out of his box before I bought him.

 

My oldest doll is about 80 years old and my oldest BJD is 6 years old. So far I haven't sold any BJD dolls and don't plan to either - I like them as much as when I originally bought them.

 

Yeah - I've got my mom's baby doll so she's about 80 years old LOL My oldest BJDs are my 2 Volks dolls I believe. I got them 2nd hand about a year ago & I think they both were at least 2-3 years old then. Kenny must be close to 5 years old now. As for the dolls' characters I've got a 50+ year old (shelled in a Souldoll Key w/an old man faceup)!

 

My oldest bjd is my DOD Bee-a that is with me since 2004, she is 8 and a half already
My sister owns Too and we adopted them together so she is not alone or have to part with him!
Although she has yellowed in time she is still one of my favourites after all these years
Recently I am planning on giving her a massive makeover
For me I actually like 1/3 size bjds a lot better for some reason, but she is special I guess, and always will be~

 

My first doll is from Bluefairy. I bought him about 4 years ago.

 

I haven't been around as long as some of you, it's incredible to think of people owning the same dolls for 7+ years!
My first/oldest dolls I received in November of 2010, so they're about 2.5 years old? Not much in comparison to some, but I love them!

 

Sora, my kid delf Bomi, will be eight in August. He came home in August 2005. He hasn't changed much, except for a new wig a few years back. And he has yellowed. Still love him though.

 

I got my first doll in 2008. Kid Delf Litchi was a brand spanking new sculpt, and she might have been the first to appear on the board. I've gone trough a couple pairs of eyes, several face-ups, and I recently had to replace her wig, but my sassy girl hasn't changed too much after 5 years.

 

My first sd size doll is 1st ver. Delf + Dollish U-da hybrid, and he's from 2005, so he's almost 8yrs old now!
I had Angel Region Dana before him which was actually my first bjd, but I don't have her anymore..;_;

 

My oldest doll is Nouva, my Soom Cuprit. My feelings for her haven't really changed since I got her (she's still my favourite doll, and still the main character in my fictional story). I suppose my feelings have become more complex, though. Her character develops more with every new doll/character I introduce to the story, so I've discovered a lot about her in the 4 years I've owned her!

 

My oldest doll will be a year old at the end of April and he's an Iplehouse Chase. Since I haven't had him for that long I can't say if my feelings for him will chancge over time, but so far I just get more and more fond of him and I doubt I will like him any less if asked in a few years time.

 

My oldest doll is a DZ Yuu in normal yellow skin. He is darker than most of the newer dz dolls but that is partially because the 70cm DZ's were a different color resin. He has the old 70cm body and I love him. He is so solid and heavy and amazing. He will be 5 this summer and when I first brought him home he was the same height as my 2 year old. He was not my first doll, I sold my first doll less than 6 months after buying it because I didn't really like it but I bought Noble less than a month after buying my first. Noble has had a couple of different face ups and more wigs and eyes than I can count but I am quite happy with him now. Even if I sold all of my other dolls I don't think I could part with him.

 

My Souldoll Tiffee is 8 years old now... Amazing, I didn't even realize until I thought about it! She must've had a dozen faceups by now, and a lot of wig and eye changes, but her character has always stayed the same. She doesn't have her original body anymore - she's on an older Fairyland MNF body.

 

My oldest doll is Wataame, a Dollmore Kid Girl Flocke. She will be two-years-old the 17th of this month.

 

I have one who's 8, and one who's nearly 8. Not sure of the exact date the eldest is because I bought him second hand. The second eldest arrived home July 15, 2005.

 

My oldest doll (first doll) is the love of my life. When I see him, he's alive for me and he has brighten my life for 8 years now...and hopefully, until I die. =) Kyoshi is a DOC Zen and became mine in 2005.

 

I have most of the first three dolls I bought: Volks SD10 Megu (head only) 04/26/2002; Volks SD13 Lucas 08/14/2002 and Volks Aika Unoss 12/03/2002. They will be 11 years old this year.

 

My oldest bjd is actually a floating Sayuki Thaasa head made in 2005, but she onlu came to me some weeks ago so she is both my oldest by age and youngest by ownership bjd (even if she is only a floating head at the moment). Also have a DC Bella who is allot newer (when made) but I got her first earlier this year. Think she was made within the last 24 months or so .

 

My oldest doll is a tan Narea & though the tan has faded a bit she's still beautiful at nearly 10 years old. She wasn't my very first, rather my third doll & the first two left home. I still love her dearly & plan to never part with her or my Narin who's the same age & I bought shortly after her. Their characters are set in stone & are what started me on my SD storyline.
