1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

How small is to small?

Nov 26, 2008

    1. I personally cannot handle anything larger than a YoSD (26 cm).
The smallest size I can accept is 11 cm (pukipuki size). I have a 10 cm DD-Anne doll, but she seems to be too small for me to bond. Overall I prefer Lati Yellow size (16 cm). Perfect size for me :-)
After all, it depends on what you prefer. I like my dolls to be small to be carried around easily. But I cannot fumble on anything that is below 11 cm, otherwise my fingers knot ^^.

    2. Well I have a puki which is 11cm, and she was my first BJD, but my other dolls (not BJDs) were much taller, so it was kinda funny at the start. But I love it being so tiny, it opens up a whole new world of photography. 19cm isn't really small in my book now :P So I think it'll be ok, tiny is cute anyway!!

    3. I love anything really tiny so my biggest BJdoll is a Lati yellowsp but I would not rule out a teeny tiny like Sqee by Dream High, who is the smallest I have ever seen! my favourite size is definately Lati white SP, perfect for me.[IMG]
