Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. Eva passed away two weeks ago from a 5 yr fight with cancer. She was the most incredible baby doll artist I have ever known and her dolls will always be some of the most collectible. I so treasure the ones I have of hers.

    2. I wonder if comfy tracksuits covered in dog hair come in doll size? Because if I found a doll like me I would definitely buy it and sit it on the couch next to me, and matching tracksuits would be a must!

    3. Well....dolls that supposed to look like someone never look like that person anyway, so I wouldn't worry that much :lol: Okay, those were barbies most of the time, but still....

      And I've never seen a overweight bjd :XD:

      But to answer you're question: I would probably not buy it. Lack of elf ears :)

    4. Well my aunt told me that Avian looked like me :lol:
      But if I did find a doll that looked exactly like me I would two of them and one would be goth and the other would be lolita. I've always loved those styles but I don't think I could dress like that (I'm kinda lazy when it comes to clothes).

    5. Actually there is one Doll ( but sadly not a BJD ) which looks like my younger me. An old friend of my grandmother owns her.
      I think it is pretty cool to have like a "tiny me" ...... Would be much better if it was a BJD ^____^

    6. I would not buy a doll who looks like me and I would strongly question the company's marketing. XD I don't think I'm ugly, but I certainly don't have popular doll proportions or Hollywood beauty standards.

    8. Well in that case, it might be kind of cool. I do think my eyes are my best feature, and I probably would buy a set of eyes in my natural green color. :) I just wouldn't want a minimee.

    9. Well it depends :)
      I chose my first BJD to look very similar to me, because I love imagining myself as different characters. I chose Iplehouse Doria based on some common features, so we're similar in face type like straight medium long nose, high cheekbones, similar eye shape, chin, face shape etc. Of course I don't have that perfect body she has, but after all the body can change, the face is more permanent, so I'd judge all similarities based on the face only :)
