He came to me on Halloween 2006 and he's been my favorite ever since. He's worn the catches down on his joints and going from beauty white to creamy yellow to slightly green but hell always be my X.

 

Soom Gluino. He's the doll that really got me interested in the hobby again, but it just was never meant to be...

I know he is not perfect but he is one of my firt dolls (2007) and I have real feelings for him [emoji4]

 

Even if he is not the prettiest/most popular/best looking sculpt , I'd keep my first doll Hajime , a boy&girl sky type 2 , because when I got him 5 years ago I promised myself that no matter what , even if I fell out of the hobby I'd never get rid of him.
If we are talking hypothetically, that I'd have no dolls and would only be allowed to get one , it would be Crobidoll Yeon-ho.

 

I have loved reading all the posts on this thread. This was a fairly easy decision for me. I have three bjd's, all are very different but my favourite and one which i would keep even if i left the hobby is my Tolly a tan Pukifee Ante sculpt. He has his default eyes and the wig i bought especially for him. I wouldn't change a thing about him and despite him being my favourite bjd, i cant bring myself to buy him a Pukifee playmate for fear I won't love him as much. he was bought on e-bay within one minute of seeing him

 

Do you mean if I could have any doll in the world to add to my collection?

Or do you mean if I could only have one BJD at all?

For the first question: If I could have any doll in the world, it would be an iplehouse Andrew head on a Spiritdoll Proud body, with a face up by sDink.

If I could only own one BJD period: I would keep Sayyid, my Iplehouse theo, and get him face upped by sDink.

 

The one bjd I want more than anything is a nobledolls radicelle. AND lucky for me I found a beautiful white skin radicelle for sale for super cheap and I am in the middle of paying her off. I have thought about how i would mod her and I dont think I would. She is so perfect in my eyes. ;^;

 

That's easy, as much as I dearly love my other dolls, that one doll for me is my Lue.
He is so very precious to me, I could never part with him.

Lue is a Volks MSD Kohaku on a Volks SDC body. He still has his default face up and eyes. The only modification other than putting him on a SDC body is that he has pointed ears and his left ear is pierced.

He has been with me for nine years, and he will be with me forever.

This is my beloved Lue.

Probably sounds weird, but I literally can't even think about what I'd do if I actually had her, because it's so out of the question right now lol

 

This is pretty hard to make a choice as I love very much all of my dolls, but I would say I choose Miu, my Pukifee Bonnie TS. I love her skin color so much, and she has such an innocent and kind of melancholic face. She is such a beautiful doll and her size is also the perfect size to me to carry her easily or finding props/accessories for pictures.

This is a hard one, but I'll say I would choose my first BJD Martine (Doll Chateau Bella). I'm still enamored in her body and face sculpt.

Hypothetically speaking as well that If I had no dolls and would have to own only one, I would really want to have a Volks SDgr Jun Tachibana. Idk she is just so cute and I love her smile.

 

I have one each, my first love and grail Delf Lishe (with my for 3 yrs) and my first male Dollzone Yuu2 (with my for 4 yrs), I love both dearly and equally.
If I have to choice just one it will tear my heart apart but I can't live without or replace my Lishe, I had waited 6 years for her.

 

If I had to sell all my dolls but one, I would definitely hold onto my Volks Shinku. I went through so much trouble to get her, I don't think I could ever bring myself to sell.

 

This is a tough decision for me, because I love all of my dolls ;; But, if I had to choose... I would have to pick my Chiwoo. She's my first girl and I absolutely adore dressing her up.

 

That would be a very difficult decision, but I would have to go with my first true love: my Orientdoll Il.
He has been with me since 2007. Even though he's odd sized and all I could never part with him.

 

If i can choose ... a SD head version of lyllicats ombre with semi closed eyes in human version. With is gorgeous lune body.
