I picked up the dolly! Here's a LinXi piccy! I think the doll might not be mine, because after he was all dressed and had an eye changed, I noticed he's a boy and not a girl, so I can't do any sort of faceup work or anything until I hear back from the dealer. It's too bad, but it's a little too cold to spray MSC anyways right now. I might still take him to the meet on Sunday though. >_>
Turns out the boy is mine now. He needs a new name, because the one I picked out originally doesn't suit a boy. He does look really cute in just a giant hoodie though, kind of like an exile from MSPA. OwO

I noticed that this thread is quite inactive.. But does anybody out ther own any grey 1/6 from IS? They look like they are simmiler to Dikadoll is this true? If so does the resin match?
I love the personality on the 1/6 IS. I am debating (seesawing really) about getting the Ardi (whole doll) or just the head to use on a planetdoll boy body. (trying to match the build, height, skin of my PD Riz)Anyone have an Illusion Spirit and PD? Share info? I noticed the eyes are bigger at 14mm. Would love pics of him as something other than factory. Anyone....anyone...?
I just got (today!) a LinXi in grey skin. I need to do the face up and make the clothes. I have been trying to see more pictures of LinXi all done up in any color! Doing a grey doll's face up will be a challenge as I can't find much info on doing one! The search continues!!
Joining in the conversation with you guys, yay! I bought myself an Ardi to be my Vampire Lestat. I'm pretty excited, but also, anxious... I've NEVER owned a doll that wasn't based on my own character. I'm a little afraid that people will point out that he's Lestat. Hahahah, I don't know why, but I'm a little intimidated... ^^; Anyway, yay! I am very happy to be getting my Lestat Ardi boy, though! Does anyone have any information on how their dolls have been strung? I'm really worried because all of my dolls thus far have been kinda loose; I can re-string really well, and the idea of tightly strung dolls snapping or getting hurt on transit to me is really scary, too! Anyway, I can't wait to see my doll in person. I'm happy to join you all in the thread. Wish me luck, everyone
I have an ardi at home that I can take pics of for those curious to see the sculpt. He hasn't gotten a face up yet and I am in the process of waiting for new eyes for him
I was looking into buying the Spirit Doll but wasn't sure if regular 1/6 clothes fit her or what size wig she would wear. If anyone has an idea, could I get some suggestions?
