1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    2. They are all so lovely, Melissa!!!

Can any of you comment on wigs that you have found to fit well on these girls? I have a Jane and a Louie, and I have one wig I like, but it would be nice to find some others that are a good fit and don't look too puffy on them. Would love any suggestions.

    3. Hi, new to this size and wondering what clothes, shoes and wigs fit well. I've read lati yellow clothes kind of fit... same with shoes? Also wondering like above person where to find wigs that don't fit puffy. Would love any help!

    4. For clothes, some Lati Yellow/Pukifee size clothes fit, but they are sometimes too short and too wide at the top. These girls have very small shoulders and upper bodies. I find that Middie Blythe clothes often fit very well. Particularly dresses.

Wigs are tricky, because on a head so small it's hard to find ones that don't look puffy. I was lucky enough to get one made by Fairbeings that is wonderful and made on a fitted head cap with real alpaca hair, making it perfect for her. Kemper mohair wigs are also not quite so puffy, so those are worth giving a try too, especially with their low price-point.

    6. I make wigs for iMda girls. They do have small heads and wigs are difficult to find.[IMG] Congratulations on ordering your fist iMda girl![IMG]

    7. I am pretty sure you got that wig from me, FairBeings :) Sherbet Lollydolly has never made an iMda 1.7 wig and as far as I know she hasn't made any alpaca wigs either.

    8. You're right, I did. I'm so sorry. I get all of the wig makers mixed up.

    9. I have her on order too! I just can't resist tinies ^--^

    10. I didn't order the newest version of Jane but I did get her outfits and wigs...

    11. Cute! I was going to do the same thing but forgot to order in time!

    12. I just ordered Mary! I usually only buy second hand because I can't handle the wait time. But Mary as a fullset is too precious to pass up. She will be my first IMDA. Now I will have to buy another one so she won't be lonely. I bought both of Mary's outfits and wigs so I'll have extra. Any advice on where to buy IMDAs besides here and on ebay? Thanks!

    13. Congrats on your order for Mary:sumomo:she is cute...

I love the rabbit, I really want to order him but I have been spending my dolly dollars on things to finish up other projects.
But on the other hand I have been kicking myself for not ordering him the last time, really how often do we get a second chance on something.

    14. Exactly!

    15. Congrats! Which skin tone did you order? I am thinking about ordering Mary in white resin with the purple outfit and red wig. Can anyone tell me the current wait time for SOOM?

    16. current wait time from iMda is about 3.5 months for doll with face-up, if you're ordering just the outfits and/or wigs its about 2 months from the order period.

...btw I ordered the Mary in cream white with both outfits and both wigs cause they are both so adorable :)

    17. Hey, I ordered cream white Mary. And I ordered both outfits, both wigs, and one pair of shoes. The purple outfit convinced me to buy her - it is too precious. Since they don't seem to sell the clothes often, I just had to order all that they offer. I also got both wigs since they seem hard to fit.

Soom wrote that they don't even start production until the order period is over. Do they fill orders in the order they receive them? Or should I have waited until the last day to order?

    18. I'm pretty sure they fill as they receive them but I have ordered early and still received later than others because of either placing on layaway (even though it was paid off before the close of the order period) or because of shipping overseas. My layaway took 4 months 1 week, my two orders with just outfits took 1 month 2 weeks, order with shoes and outfit took 2 months, all of my doll orders took 3 months and 1 or 2 weeks.

    19. Wow, 3.5 months!! This is going to be tough- paying now to wait so long. I also collect anime figures. Of course they cost a lot less (usually), but the companies let you preorder and you don't pay until it's ready to ship. How nice!

I just found a second hand 1.7 doll and bought her. Hopefully she will help me be patient, lol.

Does anyone have a photo of a 1.7 with a 2.2? I'd love to see how they look together.
