Good. The site is not very easy to browse, but all the info is here. Orders are made on the board. We recieve a tracking number when the item is sent by EMS.

36 days after order. The shipment itself after we recieve the tracking is very fast.

* When did you order? The Feb 2010 order period.

* How was the communication? Communication was timely and easily understandable.
* How easy was it to pay? Easy
* How long did it take to ship? Very quickly! By the time I checked my tracking number, the head was already shipped. XD; It arrived a week before expected shipping date.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Many of IoS' blank head images are in a dim yellow/orangey light and it makes it hard to distinguish the actual depth and color of the sculpt. I don't feel I was horribly mislead, but I was a little surprised when I saw the head in person.
* Were you satisfied with the product? Mostly. I think I was expecting something a bit different. The quality was there but the "style" and size maybe wasnt what I was looking for.
* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? I think any disappointment was due to my own error, IoS was a pleasure to buy from and her sculpts really are gorgeous.
* Would you order from this company again? I would if I ever decided I wanted taller dolls.

They had a schedule posted on the site... production in Jan.'11 and shipping in early Feb'11. They shipped at the beginning of Feb.

I was very impressed with the quality and the price. It is a brand new body and very, very nice! Of course head-sculpt is perfect!

Communication was great.

Very easy because it was with PayPal.

It was in a very timely manner and within their adjusted shipping schedule.

Absolutely. I am stunned by the amount of details in the face.

It actually looked better in person. ^_^

Absolutely.

When the post office lost the initial shipment, Immortality of Soul agreed to send me a "Mezz" head (by my request) as a replacement for the cost of shipping. They were wonderful to work with and kept me updated throughout the ordeal.

I would definitely order from this company again.

I would prefer to buy from the company directly unless they discontinue that particular sculpt. ^_^

"S" with 60cm body in new normal skin.

Placed the order and paid June 17.

* How was the communication?
Great. I was notified of everything through my post on the message board. An asterisk before your post title means the order/payment was confirmed and an asterisk after the post title means your order was shipped.

* How easy was it to pay?
I was told how much to pay and what address to send it to, so I just did everything through Paypal.

* How long did it take to ship?
My order was shipped in exactly one month and arrived July 25.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Very nice. I like the quality of the resin and the sculptural quality is very good. I would have expected to pay much more.

Yes!

(Note: This is feedback for my sister's doll. However, as she doesn't speak English nor does she have a DoA account, I placed the order with IOS under my name. And since I was the one to carry on the whole transaction with IOS, I'm taking the liberty to leave the feedback for the order in my sister's stead.)

* When did you order?
December 15th, 2011.

* Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer?
Directly from them. They have no dealers as far as I know. All orders are placed through the message board in their website; it might be hard to figure it at first, though.

* How was the communication?
Excellent. They replied to my messages within 24 hours, and I think they also have a professional translator to handle their message board. They were always quick and helpful when replying.

* How easy was it to pay?
Very easy, through Paypal. At first, I was afraid they might be some trouble or miscommunication when sending the payment, since you aren't given any Order ID when placing the order (so I assume they work by using your name and e-mail only). But they managed my order fast and efficiently.

* How long did it take to ship?
This requires an explanation. The doll was finished in January 23rd (according to the CoA), which fell within the estimated production time, but because of personal circumstances I requested the package to be sent in the last week of February. They agreed to send the doll by the 20th; in the end, they shipped it in the 22nd, but forgot to notify me. When I contacted them in the second week of March, though, they were quick to reply with an apology and the tracking number - in the same day I received a notification from customs informing me the doll had arrived safely, but was being held by their offices.
All in all, IOS fulfilled both the order and my request of late shipping by the time estimate.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes, indeed. I was surprised and very pleased at the quality of the doll; it arrived properly packed, without the strong resin smell and resin residue some of my dolls had, and the doll itself is beautifully sculpted and engineered. It poses like a dream.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes, it did. It actually looks better in person, I'd say.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Completely.

This Blood was my sister's, but if given the chance, I'd order from them again. Their dolls are top-quality.

It was shipped at the beginning of October, about 5 weeks after ordering (the head was a restock). Took about 3 days to arrive after being shipped. I didn't receive a shipping notice.

Yes.
(Also I was very pleased with how well the head was packaged, the really neat CoA card and the box.)

Not that great, they hardly emailed me and I had several problems with their website, namely their Q&A section. I asked several questions and when they ask you to login to their board to view the question you asked and their answer, it wouldn't recognise my password on several occasions so I had to keep reseting my password which was really annoying.

* How easy was it to pay?

Payment was easy, done through paypal.

* How long did it take to ship?

It took 2-3 months as I had the doll head on layaway

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

Yes. IOS is very good quality, very beautiful.

Yep

I was satisfied with the head and how he came packaged but I didn't receive a certificate of authenticity.

I didn't contact them as I wasn't aware of the certificate until I saw some videos on youtube about IOS box openings TT_TT

I would probably order an Asyd or Blood but aside from that, no. Their sculpts don't appeal to me aside from those few, they don't have any clothes, wigs, eyes or shoes that will fit my doll either.

Shipped at the beginning of November and arrived near the end of that month. (2 weeks of that was spent stuck in customs!)

Yes. Although I was surprised by how small the head was for a 70cm doll. Much smaller than their previous sculpts.
