Huh. Maybe they do let you go longer, then. I'm used to "3 months" really meaning 3 payments/60 days, it's how it works other places. (Soom's "4 months" is also four payments, 90 days, which at least they're calling 90 days now.) That's even more generous on Iplehouse's part than I thought, in that case. 3 payments every 45 days would be handy, too!

 

I definitely like the model body better than the Super-Hero type (at least one
of my MNM heads will look perfect on it! If only resin-matching was as easy).
I never quite liked the hands; they seem too masculine for the type of hands I like,
but I guess if the body does work for my MNMs, they’ll mostly be gloved, so I can live
with them being so “chunky.” ^ ^;; I’m not overly fond of the veins either, but I guess
I can always get rid of those myself…

Thought people would enjoy these quick PSed comparisons, while we wait for Iple’s official

The size of arms, waist, chest/pectorals, neck, trapezius, and abs seem like the most notable changes to me.

I've seen male swimsuit models with somewhat the same body type with veins on the arms, but not really on the lower torso leading to the candy. Wonder where they got their picture references from?

 

Agree, though it has left me with a wish that there was some way to tie the time-space continuim in a knot and order Kamau in his dark dark skin colour on this bod. The differences overall between the bods might mean he can sit down easier, right? My grandma had a rather odd moment of telling my Kamau off for body building to much and not being able to sit on the table.

Cross your fingers maybe they'll do a Kamau re-release in the black resin once conditions get optimal again in Korea. It's my understanding they suspend the dark resin produstion during the rainy season? The humidity affects the resin's ability to set correctly, if I read it correctly.

 

Ahah I'd just flail and die if they did that, to perfect, now to make them life-sized and breathing~

I do love how relaxed the body looks in how it holds itself- and how smooth it all is. The slightly lax shoulders making way to his back as it curves down and we get the wonderfull dip of the spine as it leads down to his ass, flowing to those shapely thighs...

Oh Iple, how you make me plot for resin goodness with an estimated arrival time of next year for my finances~ so worth it, yes? Yes?

 

This body makes me want to buy it and (assuming I'm not big on the head) get a head that I like for it, rather than the usual "I bought a head and need a nice body for it" situation. XD

Yes, I like the notice time to get cash, plus the fact Iple have been good about releasing standard editions. Which in turn leads to more extensive plotting. Which is good! Less pressure to figure out how to finance them. Because my Kamau totally needs a freind...yeah. He takes up half the doll chair on his own, together, they shall have the power to conquer it!

Boys like this are why I never seem to plan for girl dolls. Or indeed why my plans not to get more dolls have failed. I was being so good about it, to, darned curiosity leading me to clicky the thread!

Yeap. x_x It'l take selling off a doll and trying layaway for the first time, and even then it's a stretch [and it'd mean one of my dollies already home has to go nakid for some time more...].

But I am rather enamoured with what I see, now just to wait and find out more before allowing the rational side to jump in glee with the irrational "give it to me now!" voice.
