Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I think covering up your RS dolls is a good way to go. I always make sure to cover my dolls while I'm out/during the day and my RS Evan (who's been here about 7 months) is still OK and not green in the slightest.

      I'm so eager to see what skintone the model boy will be released in. I hope that someday Iple will make a urethane/french resin mix for normal skin too. I just think the added french resin makes their sculpts come alive and I love it. :D

    2. I love this idea so much. I've always loved french resin dolls and the urethane/french mix seems like the best of both worlds. Iple's current NS doesn't do much for me until it "mellows" like people have described. Older dollies ftw?

      Though I doubt I'll be complaining no matter what skintone Model boy ends up. :lol:

      I LOVE this body, but it's frustrating because I have a sleeping Akando head that will need a body and negative funds to fuel my current doll body purchase ><.

      This body is soooo wonderful, though, I don't mind it being on the beefy side at all. For me, that's one of Iplehouse's major appeals.

It's bad enough that I have to wait until they release the guy in normal skin but now they're clogging up the line with other stuff? *pouts* :...( Ok, that was my silly fit of the day. Seriously: anybody have any hints on when the model guy is going to come out?

    9. Their post said that he'll be released this week, AND they told me on the QnA that they're planning a late October/early November release.

      So I don't think he's going to be pushed back far, if at all (Unless they decided to consider twigling's resin suggestion for him? But they released Jessica even before they finished their UV-protected skin and the manufacturing was pushed back a few months, so... doesn't mean anything.)

      Gah, I want to see him now! I have money for him now, if I like him!

      I personally like the YID release but am definitely waiting on the model boy first!

    14. I agree, he looks too "generic bishie" to me. (I think the long silver hair helps alot too. XD) Those veins on the arms and... down there o_o; are kinda freaking me out... This body's too thin to be this buff and still appeal to me, a model doll probably isn't replacing Luo on my wishlist anytime soon.

      I rather like most of his face, except that mouth's just a little cheerful for my taste. It might very well be the faceup, but it's enough to be a bit disconcerting.

    19. I've requested comparisons of cream white to normal and white skin.

      Seriously considering this guy here.... It's either him or Evan and I really can't decide, especially since Chase looks more like the character he's meant to be and I like Evan just a little more. =_= I even came up with justification for both.
