Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       (If they are not offering the ebony color... why have them chosen it for the promo pics? :?)

    3. A lot of people (including me) have posted this question in iplehouse related thread and evreryone answered that those are another EG doll's option.
      If you notice, it says there is an option for an helmet. Taregan doesn't have anything close to a helmet xD and Shane doesn't have any options at all... Their options will most likely be added only when they are released ^_^

    5. I'm pretty sure the re-used the drop down menu from the other EID releases and by "Helmet" this time they refer to the skull necklace, as it is his other extra item, and by "wand" they mean the spear.

    6. Yeah, it seems like they've been doing that for all their recent releases--using the 'template' of another doll for the basic information & then editing to add the new doll's info on the release date. It's funny that it's so confusing to people every single time! XD

So, how crazy is this: I've been thinking Kamau would be the only doll that would work for a character I want to dollify, even if his chin and nose were a bit too long, so I've been saving for over a year to get a CDS Lt Brown Kamau, and then suddenly they release THIS GUY. Broader nose, less chin-
      He is totally 99% my character! With the right faceup.... EE. And now I can crack my little piggy bank to buy him!
      You're so right, he looks like Kamau's brother, with a more broad facial proportion.

    13. I don't see the option for body paint. But I definitely want him with the body paint. :D He looks fantastic! Guh. I have to see if I can afford him though. I just splurged on a bunch of clothes for my LittleFee and now have a Hound on layaway so... >.< But I think if I miss out, I'm going to get him via CS. How I wish Iplehouse could extend their layaway plans to 4-5 months. xD

    14. It should be the option labeled as Makeup- Add $70. I'm assuming that is the one meant to add the special custom makeup he has.

      Iplehouse has been pretty firm in saying that none of the bigger Elemental Guardians will ever be part of the custom doll system. They might miraculously fold on that, but I'm not taking chances.

      What the heck?? So they show him in Ebony but he's not available in Ebony, and with body paint they don't plan on offering either? Why would they do that? It's quite misleading.

    16. He's being offered in ebony, but I'm disappointed that they don't offer the body paint that's featured in the photos. I'm going to write to them and ask if they could make that option available.

      If he's not going to be available via CS -- I'm going to have to find a way to purchase him... ;;

    19. That necklace is creepy-awesome! Do you think it's a dragon skull or something like that?

      It is weird that they are not offering the body paint, since they've done it before- but this design is more complicated, so maybe they're worried about being able to reproduce it multiple times?

      And I love that they show his blank mold too. I am hoping this will continue with the next dolls.

    20. From what I know of zoological anatomy, the skull looks to me like a fantasy version of some kind of fish. Like an Anglerfish or Pirhana inspired shape, maybe.

      Lahela's design is far more complex than this simple painting, and she was offered with it as an option.

      I am also glad that they showed his face blank, though. They realize that a large percentage of their clientele buy dolls to customize them, and like being able to see the face sculpt clearly.
