1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Iplehouse Fashion Doll Discussion - Part 10

Sep 4, 2019

    1. @MB Lilac - The non-period-appropriate setting doesn't bother me. The photos--and costume--are gorgeous.

    2. More dolls at the castle window - Lawrence and Monica - and this time I did change the background....

    3. Such rich colors--and the light from the window keeps the scene from being heavy and dark.

    4. Beautiful and full of life!!!! Simply stunning pictures.

    5. So many stories to be told from just that one shot . Is it good news out that window or bad? Love the light on Lawrence’s face and his protective arm at her back.

    6. Thank so much :)

I drooled over Isabel the longest time... I am having some problems though with trying to set her eyes , the cavities are so small and there always seem to be gaps.

      Thank you :)

Thanks :) The wig is by Ebidoll on Instagram. His work is amazing!

    7. @MB Lilac Opulent setting for your beautiful costumes. Did you built a table at the window or how did you fit the setting to the window?

    8. Thank you @vermont chick , @suok2011 , @sisen

@ResinRapture - My husband made a 'window wall' from an old screen we found at the Thrift Shop. I set up the scene on my dining room table with that window on one end, and had my husband push the table close to the real bay window so the natural light comes in. I took photos earlier in the day with just the natural light, like the one above, and then some more in the afternoon when the sun as coming in. Then closed the curtains immediately to limit the doll's sun exposure....

    9. @MB Lilac Now that you mention it, I see the real window behind your doll-sized window. Clever solution, it looks like a real window.

    10. Unfortunately there was no way to avoid the real window frames showing some - it's a bay window with several verticals, and no really wide parts - but the window isn't the main subject of the photo, so it just has to do.

    11. Well ResinRapture, now you’re going to have to make a tutorial.

    12. @sisen I linked a blog called wrapunzel in that blog post, anything you want to learn about wraps is already there :)

    14. @ResinRapture I really like your wigs. Especially that they look rather thin - some mohair wigs are so extremely poofy. Yours have a very natural look. Roux looks great - light blue goes so well together with the white hair.

    15. @Ashemanu Thank you :). I think the poofy ones are on wefts, like the wig my Lily wears. The light blue dress is actually some kind of silver.

    16. @LyanneNZ I love everything about her! Sculpt, face, outfit, and photo! That blouse!

    17. @LyanneNZ That is such a fabulous outfit!
