Thanks. He was in the hospital for four weeks, and it turned out he had a severe case of Hand, Foot & Mouth disease, which caused pneumonia and encephalitis. Thankfully he did not have a heart attack or stroke as well, like they originally thought - or Covid 19. It's going to be a very long recovery.

Thank you, but that part is fine. He just has some fine motor issues and is still quite slow, but he is getting better every day. My Yur, back to being a blonde again....

I'm thinking of getting Claude for her. Not sure just when though. I'm trying to resist temptation and hope that there's a Summer Event next time the FIDs come up for preorder in June, because our dollar is worth barely 70 cents right now.
Someone have been very spoiled since her arrival last March. I completed sewing her fourth dress yesterday! FID are a really a nice size to sew for!! So, here is miss Carina with the first dress I made her. Also, she is not alone anymore, she have a friend!! Two years ago, I bought out of the blue FID Bichun. But I kept him in his box, planning to eventually sell him since I wasn't sure if I liked the FID size (I'm used to EID size). So, when Iplehouse did their last Holiday sales, I wanted to give another chance to the FID by buying Carina, my favourite female sculpt. Took me few days to get use to her tiny size and I was sold! They are so much lighter that EID (but I still really like my EID girls). I took Bichun out of his box last week, and they became good friends! So Bichun is staying. Since I didn't sew anything for him yet (he is borrowing the capri pants from my EID girls for his own modesty, hehehe!!!) he didn't really want to show himself, except for a quick hello.
@lapivoine - Once you get used to the easy portability of FID, it's hard to go back to the larger sizes. And I suspect Carina and Bichun will get along very well together--as soon as he gets some clothes.

Since I realised that I liked a lot FID size, I already started planning to add a third one!! Probably Lahela. Or maybe Doria? Lapivoine, your Carina is a beauty! Carina is my favorite too and she looks lovely in her dress. No wonder your handsome Bichun was smitten.
@lapivoine what lovely dolls! Where do you get your wigs? I am having the most terrible luck finding short wigs that fit my FID boys.
