@sleepxwalker I'm picking up my blank lahela tomorrow (hopefully). I can do a detail shoot. Let me know if there's anything, in particular, you want to see.

Lahela: special real, curvy body with small bust and mobility thigh
Carina: normal, slim body with large bust and mobility thigh

Congrats! On both yours. But your Lahela is so beautiful even without a face up. I hope to see more of her. I was so tempted to order a Lahela instead of my FID Claude :p

Just so everyone knows, iplehouse posts multi-angle ultra-accurate blank photos for every doll. I've never once been surprised by a sculpt form them because their blank photos are so good.

 

Nothing like waking up to a shipping notice. My FID Baron is on the way!

 

I would love to share pics of Lahela but she has been waiting patiently in her box now for a long time waiting for me to paint her face (and I'm waiting for warmer weather.) Hope you found enough reference pics to make decisions

Very true! My Lawrence was based almost 100 percent on the blank photos, and I've been really pleased with that decision. Faceups are so flexible and can easily change the doll's whole look, but the underlying bone structure is there to stay.

I wrote Iplehouse asking that they consider adding the elf ladies to their FID line - Aurora, Vera, and Grace. If anyone else is interested in them being added please write a note to Iplehouse on their Q and A board. The more people who write the better the likelihood of them doing this. We know they have listened to customers before in creating/offering items. Thanks

 

@LaurieESW - I have previously asked them to make an FID Elf Bichun, haha.

 

He would be fantastic. It would be wonderful if there were some guy elves too.
My hope is these would be something not so expensive as sculpting a completely new head, but just shrinking ones they have already and therefore something they would consider and do at the December release.
