Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023.     1. Well the thing is, it says it was delivered to my house at 2pm on friday. But I was home and I didn't receive any package. The whole tracking info says it was already through customs and out for delivery and then delivered, that's why I'm so worried. (So on the tracking info and not on the Iple site)
      I did indeed press write and watched it come up in the list of inquiries. I couldn't find it this morning and then searched my name, and nothing. But I checked and am 100% sure I pressed write.

      It shipped on Dec. 2, 2016(Korea time). It was suppose to ship on Nov. 28(USA) but the pants I ordered was out of stock. They e-mailed me about it that day but I was not able to respond till Dec. 1, 2016(USA).
      It arrived on Dec. 7, 2016 here in the east coast (USA).

      Yes. It is worth it. The quality is very good.

      It was okay; all automated emails. I got a little confused because they sent me three shipping notices in quick succession. Apparently, the first 2 emails had the wrong tracking number.

      Very easy via Paypal.

      No time at all! They shipped the same day as order and payment.

      perfect, the whole process was very fast and they sent several emails

      easier than i expected

      relatively quickly considering the number of items i ordered, and the fact i ordered body blushing, a manicure and a face up! sent out in 66 days

      no and it was all extremely well packaged as with all Iplehouse dolls

      I had 2 questions and both were answered on the support board within 24h on workdays.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy with PayPal. I paid all in one go.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Shipped 22.09.2017 and arrived 02.10.2017. Sent out in 18 workdays, very very fast!

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      I have nothing to compare to as it's my first doll, but she is beautifully made. So I would say yes.

      Yes. Possibly even better.

      - I ordered Iplehouse JID Amy + dreaming head, wig, knee high socks
      When did you order?
      - In spring 2018
      How was the communication?
      - They were quick to reply and very kind.
      How easy was it to pay?
      - Very easy. I had a layaway order and the monthly amount was automatically sent to them. The only problem was that they accidentally charged the final payment twice, but they sent the money quickly back to me after I let them know about it. It only took 1 day.
      How long did it take to ship?
      - About 5 weeks after I had paid the final payment.
      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      - The quality of the doll and the wig were great.The only thing that got me a little disappointed that one of the knee high socks was broken when I got it. It had pink ribbons and one of them had fallen off from the sock.
      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      - It did.
      Were you satisfied with the product?
      - Yes, except for the socks mentioned earlier.
      If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      - I didn't ask for them to solve anything, as the price of that pair of socks wasn't a big deal and everything went nicely otherwise.

      Great! All the answers to my questions came very quickly and were pretty much clear. Everything I asked for was done.

      My doll was ready about 7 weeks after I purchased her from the site and shipment took about 1 week.

      Yes! I'm very satisfied with literally everything about this doll! The shoes are also very high quality and super easy to put on.

      Yes, definitely.

      I received confirmation of my order, payment, and shipment promptly.

      I sent my payment through PayPal. There were no issues.

      My order shipped on March 28, 2019 and arrived on April 1, 2019.

      Everything arrived in perfect condition. It was well packed.

      Yes, I would have to wait for a new doll I like though.

      * How was the communication? Quick and efficient.
      * How easy was it to pay? Very straightforward, via Paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship? The doll making process took just under 3 months and shipping process around 3 weeks.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Absolutely.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Even better. Iplehouse will never cease to surprise me.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A.
      * Would you order from this company again? Definitely! If I wasn't stubborn enough to want to try to own sculptures from other companies, I would be more than happy to own an Iplehouse only family.

      * How was the communication? Absolutely awful zero communication from Iplehouse to multiple emails and Q&A about a few issues

      * How easy was it to pay? Very easy to take your money

      * How long did it take to ship? Not long which should have told me something

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? The doll seems nice but sadly missing key paid for items like the face up

      *Did the item look like the sales pictures? I’m sure if I’d bought a blank doll it would have, however I paid for a face up that they specifically emailed me about to say we are discontinuing this but will do it for you anyway only to receive a blank doll no face up at all or refund

      * Were you satisfied with the product? No

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? The company has to date made no effort to solve my problem. Should this change I will update the review but so far zero contact or attempt by Iplehouse to solve this issue has been made. I may need to speak with PayPal now regarding this

      Edit: Iplehouse have refunded me the cost of the face up and apologised, I’m still not happy such an error occurred or for how long a response took but at least I’m not out of pocket

      * How long did it take to ship? About 3 month and a half for production time and then it arrived at my door yesterday night which was January 10. I never got a shipping notice from them so I don't know how long it take to ship., maybe a week. But I'm happy they finally came.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? They were even more beautiful than the sale pictures.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes I was. Especially Aria because she is my first female bjd and maybe the only female bjd in my reverse herem.

      I posted in their Q&A board about what faceup to get prior and they replied within the day.

      Super easy. Done with Paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      Under 3 months which is shocking to me. I got the shipping notice on June 20. Arrived 3 days later.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      The doll choice body is fine. The hand blushing could be a bit cleaner. There was a white smudge left on the wrist. As for the faceup, I asked for the EID Captain Leonard makeup. I feel like it does not look like their sample image. There could just be a tad more redness and details on the eyes and lips. The eyelashes they used was too long and looked a bit cheap. I trimmed them myself which made him look better.

      Overall yes because of how fast he showed up. The clothes I ordered for the HID body hasn't even arrived.

      I didn't reach out. Everything is okay. I'm probably just a bit nitpicky.

      Excellent, replies never took longer than a day (Q&A board)
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Paypal - very easy. IH have instructions easily available if you have special requirements, e.g. name of account holder differs from name of the person who orders, etc.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      Two and a half months
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      The face came with three little scratches from finishing the sculpt that I couldn't repair myself because of the dark resin colour
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      On the *third* day after posting about the damage on the Q&A board (with a good, clear photo) my replacement head was already shipped - in the thick of the winter event going on and despite needing a non-standard colour for that doll (!!!) The head arrived a week later and was perfect.
      * Would you order from this company again?
      You bet! I've been ordering from IH since 2009, this was my 10th IH doll and the first that came with any damage at all, and they rectified the situation without any hassle and in lightning speed. I love that company.
