      * How was the communication? It was very good; their English is a bit off but it is still easily understood and they are very friendly and responsive.
      *How easy was it to pay? Very easy; I used PayPal and they provided all the information I needed to include when I made my payment.
      * How long did it take to ship? It took over a month; about a month and two weeks I would say.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, the quality and workmanship are excellent.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Actually my doll looked even better in real life than in the pictures on the website.

      The company ended up being sold out of the boots I ordered, but instead of telling me that, they just let it slip into auto-cancel and let the bill expire without ever being sent. I was not pleased. I had tried very hard to get in contact with them, but they would not speak with me until after the bill expired and the item was now officially "SOLD OUT."

      I will not use Iplehouse again. I find this sneaky and unethical. I am very displeased with the outcome and will have a very hard time finding reason to buy from them again. Their communication is very confusing (Not the language part, how to get in contact with them), and they would not help me in a timely fashion.

      * How was the communication? I used their automated order form, never corresponded with a real person. Email responders to my order were prompt.
      * How easy was it to pay? Very. Paypal took me right through it.
      * How long did it take to ship? Not long at all. Had my wigs within 2 weeks, and that was with shipping to the USA.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? I am still experiencing sticker shock over the costs of shipping for BJD items to the States in general, but it seems par for the course.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes. The colors were spot-on with what I wanted.

      * How easy was it to pay? I used the Dacom eCredit service they provided. It was so easy that I was a bit concerned about my CC security, but everything turned out to be fine (up to now).

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Hmm, yes. One shirt is just fabulous, quite detailed with high quality. The other one seems unfinished to me. But when I went back to see their sales pic, I found it was the same as the pic. But since other parts of the shirt are so detailed, it looks a bit odd to have this unbalance.

      IT was pretty easy to pay. It only take 3 days for them to confirm my friend's doll as I help her to pay using bank transfer and my own clothes order I use Paypal which is more fast. xD

      My clothes takes within a week ship out, but they made a mistake upon writing my house address wrongly which cause me fail to receive my package and lucky I manage to claim it in the post office. I did made a complain upon this and they already apologies. Then when my next order upon the big doll, it only take a week. Yes, my friend got her boy within 1 week only. We were so surprised and being amazed how fast they could be. xD That makes my friend happy.

      For sure yes. I love the wig and clothes a lot. The quality of material are worth and nice too. <33

      One week - he shipped November 13. (I was shocked and delighted by how fast it was! A week for a whole doll! With faceup! :o)

      Yes, definitely.

      For the most part. His eyebrows were a tiny bit different...a little more tapered in one part (and it's a bit hard to see how thick they make the eyebrows on the website photos, imo), but for the most part it was the same.

    9. I ordered an Iplehouse Mars. ^^ Iplehouse is GREAT! They have such great customer service, and my boy got here in a miraculous two weeks! =O! I am sad I missed the winter event, but oh well. He is made great, and his face up is amazingggg! They did suh a great job. I WILL be buying from them again. Such smooth resin....gah, the best.

      * How was the communication? Very good. All of my questions posted to the Q&A board were answered the next day.


      * How easy was it to pay? I had a bit of trouble paying, but a lot of it was my fault. The first time, I accidentally hit back after sending my order to pay by credit card, and since I was logged out as well, I couldn't pay (as I had lost the credit card payment popup). Iplehouse happily canceled the order for me though, and I got it to work the second time. They don't accept American Express though, so I had a little panic attack before finding out I had a high enough credit limit on my Mastercard after all.


      * How long did it take to ship? Just under a month - February 11, 2009. I was hoping she'd ship faster, but considering that I ordered during the holiday rush and had to wait during the Chinese New Year holidays, it makes sense.

      The actual shipping process only took THREE DAYS. She arrived on Valentine's Day, just like I had hoped she would. <3


      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes.


      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes. My girl is super gorgeous.


      * Were you satisfied with the product? For the most part, yes. I only had two problems - with the rainbow outfit's top, and with the socks. The rainbow outfit's top does NOT fit large bust JID very well at all. I can pull it tight and get the clasp to close after a lot of work, but I wouldn't recommend it. Also, I cannot put the rainbow outfit's socks on the doll's feet. Because of the lace at the top, they do not stretch enough to go over her heels. The brown socks from the Brown Eyed Girl outfit stretch, but because of the way they were sewn at the bottom, theres a lot of spare fabric that doesn't stretch all the way. It gets covered by the shoes, but it's a bit annoying.

      Those are just minor gripes, however. And really, the only problem is with the pink socks. I can get over the pink top and the brown socks, easy. Overall, I am DELIGHTED to have this girl. She is absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't have asked for a better first doll.

      extremely easy. I paid with Paypal which was very seamless.

      Once my doll was completed, she was shipped immediately and I recieved her in a few days!

      Considering the seams weren't sanded, I was slightly disappointed in the price compared to what I got, but other than that she has a stunning body and double joints and the resin quality feels so nice. Maybe a little inflated, but worth paying!

      I think they could show more pics of the double joints. I actually did not realize the doll was double jointed. Other than that, the pictures are an excellent representation of what you are getting

      hmmm, she was a little floppy. Definitely needs to be restrung and sueded, but tht is part of the responsibility of owning a doll that I accept. I think I won't be satisfied until I get her fixed up, but sueding is not difficult and should remedy my dissatifaction quickly.

      well, it's not really something the company can fix. Maybe they could have strung her better, but she really needs to be sueded.
