      Super easy, used Paypal, following the steps was a breeze.

      For the doll a month for it to ship and a week for it to be delivered. All clothes, and accessory type things were shipped immediately and arrived in a week.

      The price was completely reasonable for the quality of the doll and accessories.

      Yes the doll and everything I ordered look just as good in person as they did on the website.

      * How was the communication? Excellent. I had questions prior to ordering about one of the items I was interested in, as they didn't have a photo of some of the blended "gradation" wig colors; I posted on their Q&A board and got a polite and helpful response the next business day. (They didn't have photos available, but were able to verbally describe the mix of colors clearly and accurately enough to let me decide between the black gradation and brown gradation.) Much like the text on their website, their English usage is sometimes a wee bit quirky, but perfectly understandable. I received email confirmation immediately after placing the order, from both Iple and their credit card processing service Dacom, and further email from Iple informing me when my items shipped.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      very easy (credit card via their LG Dacom eCredit payment service)

      * How long did it take to ship? Total time between ordering and arrival at my door was 10 days: I ordered on 4/10, they shipped on 4/17 and I received the parcel on 4/20. So it was 7 days in pre-shipment processing and three days in transit from Korea to the U.S. east coast.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes. Everything's very well made, and was packaged very carefully for the long trip: each item was in a separate plastic bag, the wig was placed over a head-sized ball of tissue to keep its shape, then bundled in a hairnet, then bagged and the bag framed in a piece of cardboard to keep it from being crushed or twisted. The individual items were then all bundled together in a generous amount of bubble-wrap and placed in a box large enough to let everything fit without being stuffed tightly.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Better, the pictures don't fully convey how nicely the items are constructed, or the quality of the textiles used.

      * Were you satisfied with the product? Absolutely.

      * Would you order from this company again? Yes. (This is actually my second order, placed while I was still waiting on my first order, a LE fullset doll -- great timing as she finally shipped a few days after this package arrived, so now I'll have a few different things handy to dress her up with!)

      * How was the communication? Excellent, very friendly and prompt. I had some special requests (ear piercing, gentle makeup rather than default for the regular head) and needed to make a substitution for an item when I noticed a day later that I'd selected the wrong size of eyes; everything was answered within the next business day. I received email confirmation immediately after placing the order, from both Iple and their credit card processing service Dacom, and further email from Iple informing me when my items shipped.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      very easy (credit card via their LG Dacom eCredit payment service)

      * How long did it take to ship? Total time between ordering and arrival at my door was 41 days: I ordered on 3/18, they shipped on 4/24 and the first delivery attempt (when I was unfortunately not at home) was on 4/27. So it was 37 days in pre-shipment processing (they said to allow between 30 and 40 days for the complicated fullset outfit) and three days in transit from Korea to the U.S. east coast, the same shipping time as my previous order from them.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Absolutely; the doll and her clothes are utterly exquisite, and the EMS shipping was costly but very, very fast -- it's hard to complain when international packages get to you in half the time of some domestic parcels!

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes, and in many cases items look even better than the online photos -- the white slip and the fullset Black Swan outfit in particular were just astoundingly detailed and well-made.

      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes, very much so. They did miss one small detail -- I'd requested pierced ears on one of the heads -- but this was such a minor thing (and I don't think they even charged me extra for it, anyway) that I've not bothered to complain about it; all my other special requests for makeup style and item substitution were handled perfectly.

      * Would you order from this company again? Yes, to the everlasting detriment of my poor wallet! :lol:

      * How was the communication? There was no need to communicate directly with the company. However, since this was my first BJD, I asked Iplehouse in the order comments if they could give me the green acrylic eyes with him, and they did!
      * How easy was it to pay? It was easy. I paid with a credit card. You have to make sure you follow their instructions when paying with credit, though.
      * How long did it take to ship? He shipped on June 4th and arrived June 6th (ahead of schedule--he wasn't due to arrive till the 9th). So from the time I ordered him to when I received him, it was only a little over a week!
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, definitely! There were no flaws in the resin of the doll or anything, and the wig was very nice and soft.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes, and I would go so far as to say even better than the sales pictures.
