* How was the communication? Fantastic; I added a few things to my order before he shipped and they replied quickly and said it wasn't a problem at all!

* How easy was it to pay? Incredibly easy. I paid through Layaway and just sent along whatever amount I could over the course of 3 months and they just made a note of each payment on my order.

* How long did it take to ship? Within a week after making my final payment and adding more items to my order.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Absolutely. The resin quality is incredible and the realskin is breathtaking.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Even better.

* Were you satisfied with the product? 100%.

* Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Depending on the product, yes. But I would prefer to buy directly from the company because they've been nothing but incredible to work with!

* How was the communication? I didn't have any questions but they had problems with some of the letters in my address and emailed med about it within 24h of payment.
* How easy was it to pay? Very easy with paypal.
* How long did it take to ship? 3-4 days from order to send of. Took a week to get here because of easter holidays.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Oh yes.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? A bit better I would say. She is stunning in person.
* Were you satisfied with the product? Very much so with the doll. The wig are a bit big though.

* How was the communication? Very genial, quick to respond to my questions.

* How easy was it to pay? At first difficult, but only due to a paypal error and some engrish. I ended up canceling the order and the second time it was a breeze.

* How long did it take to ship? Shipped on June 16, 2009 arrived three days later on June 19.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Mostly, there are a few minor cosmetic flaws, but I don't believe the price is inflated.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Better! I don't much care for his pictures on the site, but he looks so adorable in person.

* How was the communication? Just like with my Evan the communication was amazing. I added more stuff to my order and it wasn't a problem. They even payed the extra shipping that it would take to send it altogether!

* How easy was it to pay? Very easy, yet again. I made an initial deposit and then paid the rest a little over a month later.

* How long did it take to ship? Again, within a week of making my final payment.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Again, beautiful product and incredible quality. I'm even more amazed the second time around!

How was the communication?
Perfect. Had to change the order right in the middle (from regular to mobility joints). IH had no problem with it and they did send mobility joints. It wasn't even prolonging the order processing (even though they said it will).

How easy was it to pay?
Easy, like with every Paypal payment.

How long did it take to ship?
The girl was in my country around 22nd of June (ordered at 1st of june). It was super quick, knowing I actually made changes in order itself (as stated above).

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Unfortunately, my girl has extremely sharp seamlines and arrived heavily strung (she can't sit by herslef). Also the JID wig is slightly too big - covers her ears.

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Since I ordered her without face-up, I can't decide. She looks incredible though, even without it.

Were you satisfied with the product?
Yes. Made a great impression since it's my first BJD ever.

Not a doll. They actually forced me to do alot of additional work, which should primarly been done by company itself (seamlines).

Maybe. Depending rather on condition of the product, since even those made with top quality may get destroyed.

* How long did it take to ship? 2 days. Got it the week after. No more no less. I was very pleased with that as you can imagine, the waiting kill us.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes. Love how JID head fits the rest of the body and how easily you can switch the eyes without the need of breaking the back of the head for that.

* Were you satisfied with the product? Very!my fave doll so far. The doll itself is amazing when it comes to the mold, her face is great. The 'bigger size' of Tania doesnt bother me at all, I actually like that better than slim dolls. Iplehouse was extremely careful with their doll, the package was

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Being my first BJD, he is exactly what I wanted. And he's definitely worth the price for the quality.

* Were you satisfied with the product? I was so worried about his face-up because I wanted the limited edition's make-up. They agreed to do the LE make-up on him, and when he arrived, there wasn't a single scratch or break.

Very good. Questions where answered very quickly and very clear.

* How easy was it to pay?
I payed my first order with credit card and second with paypal. Both where very easy. Although for my second order I didn't choose for CC, because it was to be combined with my first one and I didn't have to pay for shipping. Paypal was much easier for this.

* How long did it take to ship?
That was very fast. My order was shipped after 3 weeks. After that it spent 1 week in customs.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Very good. Only with one wig you can see the wig cap through the hair. But I could fix that.

Absolutely.

I'm very satisfied. The body is gorgeous. Only thing I dislike were the hip/legs joints, makes sitting very difficult. Wigs and underwear were good too, except with on wig, but it didn't bother me much.

* How was the communication? Excellent--Iplehouse confirmed my order immediately, and sent a notice with tracking number as soon as the order was shipped. That's all the communication I need for an order without special requests.

* How long did it take to ship? Less than 24 hours! I placed the order on a Sunday, and the mail carrier handed me the box on Thursday of the same week. Even for Iplehouse, this was pretty amazing!
