Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     2. Hello everybody! Long time not participating in DoA.

      I wanted to get some heels for my JID, but Iplehouse only ships with EMS, and I really don't want to pay $23 in shipping for a $29 shoes. I know that they cannot wear any heels (I tried some, and the dang ankle joint refuses to make my Violet stand with heels that are catered specifically to her feet).

      This is not a purchase post. I just want to ask: do you have any recommendations on where I can get heel shoes for JID? I wanted some like the pink ones they have, or a pink and a beige pair.

    3. depending on where you are a group order of piggy back on someone else's order? Also for now I think Satroia's MSD shoues work?.. I have not tried them myself for the girls. Also check FBook Iple groups that do sales... for second hand? That would be my go to ideas. Oh and the market place here LOL.. I've not used it for so long I always forget >< lol

    9. I guess it would depend on the age you imagine your doll to be. The old bodies suggest an older teen or even an adult, whereas the new body suggests a child. I personally would never buy one with the new body. Way too immature for my tastes.

    10. Hello! I just ordered JID Benny with the Original + Glamour body in the special real skin tone. I want to make her into a fantasy dwarf doll I'm naming Sigrid. Does anyone know where I can find clothes to fit a JID body that has a 22 cm chest? I've been having trouble finding anything, since most of the clothes that would fit her around the chest are for the SD size dolls, which are too big in every other way for her size.

    11. Thanks for the input! I'm actually wanting a younger looking doll, so I'm thinking that the newer body might be more what I'm looking for.

      Does anyone know which body it's easier to find clothing for? Or can they mostly wear the same clothes - I see the measurements are quite similar. It seems as if the newer body might pose better?

    12. yes for a younger look go for the smaller torso

      but to be blunt no iple bodies are easier to buy for. it's the curse of Iple bodies lol.

    15. she looks adorable and it was gone about 3 maybe 4 years ago.... a couple popped up as left overs later but not as a regular item. I have got my hands on some from even before ME finding Iple which was nearly 7 years ago! My FID's are enjoying the last ones i snagged.

    16. Yeah, I first found Iple in 2010 when their clothing section was much more expansive, but so many listings got removed after they updated the site. I definitely miss browsing through them. :(

    17. things really went south after they lost 3 major artists (going solo) and then that one recaster that hit so many companies hard. And I believe there was a bunch of upper level management changes around the same time. But the loss of key staff almost at the same time was a bit more than they could handle and maintain the same level of what they put out ... and then the addition of legal costs and such to combat the recaster... too much too fast meant something had to give.

    19. Autumnfallen What a beautifull dress! I don't remeber seeing that at Iple's site, eventhought few years back I did check Iple's site quite regularly.
