It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I've taked my chance on him too... and just ordered SooRi... BeYearn's body isn't very masculine but seems to be very close to others BJD boys... and 500$ for a full set is a good deal... just have to wait and to post pics...

    7. I've put in an order with Iplehouse. They never sent me an email confirmation but when I've checked my order status the message shows "before shipping". I'm assuming it means it's in the process. Anyone else had this?
      This is the first time I've ordered a new doll and I'm nervous!!

    8. It seems the dolls will be "Before shipping" for a full 15 or 20 days. I ordered mine last week and he is still "before shipping"

    10. Alright I'm freaking out. I ordered an outfit, picked paypal, and hit checkout, and got a blank screen, so i it again. I check my email screen to see I've ordered twice! So I tried to see if i could cancel one, and it says cannot cancel, I just made it 5 seconds ago! Also, how can it charge my paypal account without invoicing me, or asking me for my paypal account and password! I emailed them, and hopefully they can cancel one, I don't see how they can charge my paypal account, which I've checked and they haven't. I'm so confused, will they send an invoice?

    11. You have to go to your paypal account and send them the money yourself to the email address they provide. It will be something like [email protected] After they receive the payment they will email you back saying that they got it (it might take a day or so)

      They will probably cancel your second order or will tell you to just to ignore it and send only one payment.
