1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Is there a list of companies that have gone under?

Dec 3, 2014

    1. Correct. But the old Angelregion doll bodies were done by Bluefairy. Now the Neo-Angelregion is being brought into line with the rest of Soom's aesthetic style.

    2. Dollcatch is gone, if they haven't already been mentioned. Pretty sure they were Custom House's sister company.

    3. I think Heisejinyao Ziyulinglong (HZ) is gone. Their website appears to be gone and Mint on Card only has one old instock doll of theirs.

    4. HZ are still available to purchase through Dolls Singing/Jeeryama (sp?) on ebay (http://stores.ebay.com/DollsSinging...16641925&_sid=152916877&_trksid=p4634.c0.m322). I'm not sure why MoC stopped carrying them but you can still buy the dolls, clothes and books/art from Jeeryama. I purchased an OT chibi last year and it wasn't an in-stock doll (I got him in roughly 7 weeks) so I assume they are still producing the dolls when ordered.

    5. When HZ made their announcement that they were going to stop producing their original dolls, I believe they said it was due to them being discouraged over the rise of recasts.

    6. I think Dollstol also closed recently

    7. This thread is so depressing to read, I didn't realize how many of my dolls/doll parts came from companies that aren't even around anymore! Elysium, Napidoll, Aria Doll, Angelheim...is MSDoll still kicking?

I know Glorydoll is gone as well, they only had a couple dolls and their communication/wait times were atrocious, but I'm so happy I got my boy when I did. He was so worth it! Looks like I better jump on that DollnDoll body I've been eyeing before they too go the way of the dodo...

    8. Angelheim's closure has been a bitter pill for me to swallow. I adored Luka but couldn't afford him.
