      It could be better. I didn’t get a confirmation email until the next day even though I had ordered first thing in the morning. I also sent and email asking if my order had been accepted, but that was also ignored. I did eventually get two emails simultaneously, one being the confirmation email and one being the shipping notice. I would prefer to have confirmation much more promptly so I could make sure there weren’t any mistakes.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Easy. I used my credit card through PayPal.

      How long did it take to ship?
      From California to Mississippi, 4 days. It would have been faster had I not ordered so close to the weekend.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Oh yes. The cheap Mystic Kids wig really impressed me despite the price tag.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      They actually look significantly better than the pictures!

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      I’m absolutely in love with them. The doll is much more beautiful than I could have imagined, and the wig is amazing. I also love the fact that they include little presents, like capsule toys and a dvd, with every order. That’s really sweet of them to go through the extra effort to make the opening a special experience.

      Seamless. Received order and shipping notifications quickly.

      Very simple - used PayPal. Was a bit worried that the website doesn’t show up as secure, but it takes you to the external PP site for payment.

      Arrived Mon 7/27 - 2nd business day after ordering.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Absolutely. On par with what I would have paid directly from the RS website but without the wait!

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Better!

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes! He looks great and was packaged thoughtfully and safely. He is strung pretty tight, but I prefer that to loose and those issues seem to be common with RS.

      My freebies were some candy (Airheads and a candy bracelet) and some squishy gachapon toys. Would definitely purchase from again. :)

      Pretty good! I received an emailed receipt from PayPal immediately and an emailed acknowledgement (not a receipt, as it didn't list what I ordered) from TJS later in the day. I also received tracking email updates from the US Postal Service.

      3 business days (+2 weekend days)

      Very nice, well packed, came with gifts (a piece of candy and a squishy fox thing--see below)

      Not exactly - the photos were from MYOU, so they reflected the original artist faceup, the faceup I received was still really nice, but slightly different. I wouldn't have minded if they'd opened the box to show what the actual doll faceup was going to look like.

      I couldn't be more thrilled! I'm new to the BJD world as I'm mainly a barbie kind of collector.
      I desperately wanted a myou doll for a long while now. Then found out I had to wait months to receive one and that physically hurt. I try hard to be patient in every aspect of my life but the wait for something I want is torture. I happen to find out about junkyspot through research. I wanted Rod but he sold out so I went for Alan praying I get him before he sells out too. I have never been more in love. BJD's are so amazing and it looks like a work of art. Got my order in a few days. I'd say I'm more than satisfied. Definitely want to get my hands on more myou dolls.
