yes. Actually, her faceup looks a little better in person

very much so. there seems to be a strange mark (air bubble?) on her ankle (which is what I'm waiting for a reply to my email about), but I'm still very much thrilled over her.

First time using paypal...it was way less painful than I thought.

A week...I got it late 'cause no one was ever home to sign and receive the box.

Yup. I'm in love with resin.

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yup...I think. I didn't notice the details of the face-up until he came. Looks way better in person.

Were you satisfied with the product?
Definitely, but they made a mistake. I got a white skin head, but in the right light, the body is yellower... Oh right, and he was extremely floppy...I immediately re-strung him...it was my first time. I'm proud, but the rope burns hurt.

Emory took a week to two weeks to answer PMs, but he patiently addressed my questions and concerns, lol.

He arrived December 22nd, about a week after Emory shipped him (Dollzone took a little longer getting the dolls out than expected)

Yes

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes and I have to say his faceup is gorgeous!

Were you satisfied with the product?
Yes. I just want to note that I thought the boots weren't as pictured, and they were a tight fit so I was disappointed. However, I've recently discovered that the top of the boot folds down to make it look like the picture, so now I'm much happier...and feel a bit stupid

How was the communication? Not good at all. I tried to mailing Emory on the 5th, as well, I was not informed that my item was shipped, so they left me worrying.

How easy was it to pay? Easy.

How long did it take to ship? If they shipped it out the next day, then nine days.

Would you order from this company again? Truthfully, I don't know. I'm sure I would, but it would be awhile before I do. :/ I like to be informed about my items being shipped and such.

How was the communication? Pretty easy. Since I live in Canada, I had to email my order to them.
How easy was it to pay? Very, they sent me an invoice through paypal.

Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes. The wig, doll and eyes looked exactly like I thought they would The doll is beautiful!

Other I just want to say that I am very impressed with the service. Since I live in Canada and had to send me order though email, I was expecting it to be a bit annoying. It was very easy to order by email, and when I wanted to add something to my order, it was no problem at all. It arrived very fast, only being in the post for a few days. It was packed wonderfully, with little treats and such inside. I am very happy with Junkyspot

* Were you satisfied with the product? I was. I had a bit of a struggle with one of the ears to get them in, but with some gentle work, they both sit perfectly in the ear 'slots'.

* How was the communication? They sent me an email to let me know they received payment, but I haven't gotten any response from emails sent to their info email address. I was thrilled to see that the email that they were packing her only a few hours after I placed my order!

* How long did it take to ship? I received her on January 13th
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? She's made very well and so pretty. It's hard to pay so much for a doll, but I was happy
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes I wish she came with a wig, though. Still bald, but still cute!
* Were you satisfied with the product? Mostly. She was strung wayyyy too tight and the neck ring dug down deep into the neck, so that was a bit damaged.

* How long did it take to ship? Not sure when he shipped in because he was sent to my friend's house, but I think it was within a week.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Not really... If I had received what I assumed I would've, then I would certainly say it was worth it. My disappointment makes me feel like I wasted my money. I'm not personally familiar with DollZone's quality but the faceup was pretty sloppy... and that's just the beginning.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures? No. The pictured was whiteskin and I'm aware I ordered fleshtone. The pictured doll was shown with a limited-edition tattoo and manicured nails, which I recieved neither. In fact I'm sure he has unpainted female's hands with a non-tattooed body.

* Were you satisfied with the product? Not really...

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? I've yet to get in contact with them to figure that out.

* Would you order from this company again? Junkyspot themselves, I might try again for things that aren't dolls. DZ... never.

* How was the communication? I emailed beforehand (a couple months). When I got the right Email, it only took about 24 hours for a response.

* How easy was it to pay? Paypal. Easy peasy

* How long did it take to ship? It was here in two days O.o. My order went through on the 21st (when they got back) and arrived on the 23rd.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Prices match those on the Dollzone company site, and are appropriate ^.^

Great! I sent JS an e-mail a while back before I ordered my doll and it was answered quickly. I requested that they send dark eyes and wig with him if possible and my request was met.
