Originally I was sent UV Gloss instead of Flat. It wasn't a big deal, and I sent Emory an email the night they arrived asking for a refund. Emory emailed back the next day apologizing. He said he would send out the cans of UV Flat, and would give me a shipping label to return the Gloss.

However, I didn't hear from him for another 7 days. I sent him reminder emails on July 28th and 30th. On July 31st he finally wrote back, giving me the shipping label and letting me know the Flat was on its way. I sent the cans back to him on August 1st.

I didn't receive the cans until August 6th. There was no shipping notice and no further communication from Emory. The entire process of ordering 2 cans of MSC took roughly 3 weeks. I also asked about making a custom purchase (a head only), but since never heard back I'm going to purchase it elsewhere. Apparently I'm not the only one having communication issues with JunkySpot.

* How was the communication? Excellent! Emory talked me through the entire process and explained every last detail and also asked me what I wanted to do. Couldn't have been better.
* How easy was it to pay? Easy as breathing. Nothing complicated at all.
* How long did it take to ship? 6 days.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Oh yes, he's stunningly beautiful!
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes! Though I never realised the light tan was... well so light in real life.

Some of the best I ever had! Since I'm from Canada, I had to email them with a quote on shipping and Emroy replied within an hour! Communication was fast, easy and very clear.

Easy, Used Paypal.

It was shipped out the next morning!
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
I believe it was very fair. You get what you pay for and honestly, it was my first time ordering a BBB doll and he's so much prettier in person!
Shipping was fair, and worth how well everything was packaged. There were also a few small surprises in the box!

Yep. The wig was a little off, but looking at it again at my work monitor, I believe this is a fault of my home monitor and not the pictures they provide. As I said, the doll himself is much prettier in person then the pictures!

* How was the communication? Good--I recieved shipping notices etc. Plus, Emory communicated with me beforehand about when he'd recieve his shipment of Dans.
* How easy was it to pay? Paypal, nice and simple.
* How long did it take to ship? I ordered late Tuesday night, and my doll arrived Friday morning the same week. I call that fast.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Definitely. Dan is lovely and I'm very happy with her.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Prettier in person. Though the horns weren't painted, which is fine with me, I'll enjoy painting them. But in the company pictures from Resinsoul, the horns are painted.
* Were you satisfied with the product? Definitely. I was really impressed with this doll.
* Would you order from this company again? Yes I would, and I've recommended them to other people. In fact, I opted to get my Dan from the Junkyspot instead of the Resinsoul site because I already had a good experience with Junkyspot in March. And did I mention the sweet freebies? Candy, a DVD, and a cool vinyl doll from Japan were all included.

Looked better than the pictures actually. The face-up is a lot nicer in person and the neck doesn't seem quite as long.

Considering I purchased one doll off his Ebay auction and one directly from the website, he automatically shipped them together (at a discounted cost) even before I emailed him and asked him to.

* Other: The goodies were an unexpected treat, especially considering how inexpensive the order was. I feel a good deal of loyalty to Emory and JunkySpot. I'm active on the forum there, as well. I know that I could go to Denver Doll and get the Mei of my dreams (she's in stock there), but I hesitate because I know I will get the best possible service through JunkySpot. Crazy, huh? LOL!

* How long did it take to ship? Not long at all! Payment sent 12/2, package received 12/9 (or maybe 12/8, we discovered it on the porch in the morning and it might've been there overnight).

* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes, though they were mostly utility items. The wig, however, was very cool and did look as pictured.
