It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. Kataxenna bought a Dollfie Dream body from me :) She was an absolute DREAM to work with! We did a short layaway and she was very quick with her payments.
      She is an absolute Sweetie, she let me know as soon as the body arrived and gave me feedback as promised. I would be very happy to get to sell to her again! AAAAA+++ Buyer!!!

    2. Kataxenna bought 2 of my dolls, she needed layaway at first but then paid them off early. Even though the dolls arrived with some damage, she was still friendly to me. There was some misunderstanding but we resolved it with me offering her a partial refund on the broken parts. I would like to do business with her again. Thank you

      She worked with me so that I was able to buy both Dollzone Angela creatures!
      Listing was accurate and shipping was super fast! It helped that we live in the same country but she shipped them out immediately on payment.

    8. The lovely @Kataxenna purchased a SD16 Volks Pearl from me via layaway and she was an amazing buyer! She was very understanding when I discovered some substantial flaws with the doll, and her and I worked through those issues with ease. She is a wonderful communicator and sweet person to deal with. I would not hesitate to do business with her again. :)

    10. A big +1 from me to Kataxenna. :D We traded; her custom Dollfie Dream Kirika Towa Alma for my MerryDollRound Zuri. It could not have gone better. Communication was lightning-fast and always friendly, she sent me a picture of Kirika packed, and even shipped her out the day after I sent Zuri. Kirika is nice and tight, exactly as described, and Kataxenna even included her beautful eyes. I'd trade with her again in a heartbeat.

    11. I purchased a Dollmore Luv Red Fanatique from @Kataxenna and it was so awesome. She let me do layaway and since we live in the same city her mom and I I met for the handoff - so nice to save on the shipping charge. I would definitely do business with @Kataxenna again!
