  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       End of January

      * How was the communication?
      Took a few days to responsed to me, but the service was good once they did.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      No, because I couldn't get the site to work right. Yes once I was emailed and the order was put through.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      It took 7 days to get from China to my house. He arrived Feb. 16

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes. Very nice for the low price. The doll came with glass eyes instead of acrylic. :)

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes, with the exception of the really rough/large seams (really bad on the legs).

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes. Overall, I'm really happy.

      Had to wait a few days for but their responses were pretty good. Really easy to communicate with.^^

      Paying was quite easy, but the website was a bit confusing.

      7 working days. :D

      Definitely! The price was withing my budget & the doll itself is gorgeous!

      Huge seams! They don't bother me though, as they're mostly on the legs.
      The promo photos didn't do his face justice; he looks way better even without a faceup!:aheartbea

      June 13th

      * How was the communication?
      The order form did not seem to be working on my browser, so I did the order process through email. They responded in a good amount of time, no more than three days though usually quicker, and they were friendly and helpful.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      I had to email them, I couldn't pay through the site, but it did not cause any major inconvenience.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      He arrived July 2nd, so it was less than a month from ordering when he arrived.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes. He came with glass eyes and the doll itself is gorgeous. He has a lot of nice body detail that I was not expecting. He does have large seams, but it was nothing some sanding couldn't fix.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes, he looks even better in person! In the pictures, it was hard to grasp what his body looks like, but my goodness is it beautiful! It has very soft, but prominent detailing.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes, very!

      Excellent, when emailing.. they would reply within 24 hrs.

      Basically, email them what you want and they send you an invoice via Paypal

      He was ready to ship on 11/26/10. There was a problem on EMS's end and it was straightened out on 11/30/10 and he was on his way. He was delivered 12/4/10 from China.

      Yes. Excellent for the price.

      in my opinion they understand me only on 50 % xD they make my order through mail, and it helps me a lot because of not working website :sweat but they forgot to notice me about new site and i have no mail from them about month :|

      It was awful! They took weeks and weeks to respond and they didnt even answer all my questions. I understand language is a difficulty but I used simple easy to understand terms.

      Very ease. Paypal and it was done!

      * How long did it take to ship?
      63 days............. from the day that I ordered him to the day he arrived

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Oh yes! He was so worth it. He just came with a personality all his own. He does have very very big seams, but the wig and they eyes they sent me were lovely! The wig was so soft and nice and was really easy to style. He is a great poser, and is so snugly! :D

      Yes, although the pictures don't do him justice! He is so much more beautiful in person, when I first opened the box I was just amazed at how lovely he was!

      Yes! I love him do death!!!!

      * How was the communication?
      The absolute worst I've ever had from any company, ever. They took weeks to respond to my emails, ignored questions, flat out neglected to answer their emails, and only responded once I hunted them down on TaoBao and posted a comment about their lack of communication on their public page.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Relatively easy. I had PayPal problems, but those were caused by my bank.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Something like 115 days. I stopped counting. They didn't ship him until December 4th.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      No. I'm a bit disappointed. Very light, doesn't feel like any resin I've dealt with so far. He has stains on him, the seams I can deal with but they're sharp and ugly. His lip is uneven, slightly.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Not really. I almost thought they sent me another sculpt.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Undecided yet. I have to give it some time. So far, no.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      I doubt they will. I don't want to deal with them. I'm lucky I even got the doll at this point, with most others still waiting.

      Absolutely not.

      Probably not, but maybe. There is another one of their sculpts I like, but on general purpose, I'm going to say no.

      The communication was terrible! When I asked about my doll it would take them over 8 weeks to answer!

      The doll is gorgeous! But I do believe after the wait it should be cheaper.

      Yep! The doll has his own personality and he doesn't even have a face-up!
