I registered my dolls on the Volks site if that's what you mean. I got a Volks card when I made my first purchase at the store (2 Yos), but I bought my LE doll the second time I went to the register - could that be the delay? -Am
um... which database? I signed up the form to get the Volks card. But I wasnt s ure what we were s upposed to do about getting replacement underwear.

It seems that when the dolls were wrung up at the store, not all were logged in under our new Volks ID cards. I charged one doll, and she was registered, while the one I paid cash for wasn't. So only received one pair of knickers. I e-mailed Volks and sent a photo of the receipt plus the doll ticket I was given, hoping this takes care of it. There is no way to tell by the receipt if the doll is registered to you or not (unlike now where they do put your name on it), so best thing to do is e-mail Volks with your receipt and ask if they can check for you.
