I fell in love with Chloe too. I second guessed myself a bit 'cause I wasn't so sure about her mouth but then I touched up their photo - added more color and I KNEW it was Chloe for me!!! Oh, she's adorable !!!
At the very last minute, I ended up ordering a Mini. I'm still a little shocked about it, but I just couldn't resist. And now I'm sitting here wondering if they CAN wear Blythe dresses, because would be super amazing. Also, I'm glad I came past this thread because DajmDumle's Mini just convinced me that maybe my decision wasn't so crazy afterall.

Oh no, Shaiel from flickr posted a pic of her Chloe in a Blythe dress. I am so happy, I really hope they can consistantly fit in them because I've always wanted a doll that can fit Blythe dresses without having to actually buy a Blythe (I can only afford one expensive doll hobby at a time). This is making me feel less ridiculous about my purchase. It was still an impulse buy, though. Thanks, DajmDumle for the clothing link. At the very least, if the Blythe dresses fall through, I have other options.
aww I've seen loads of cute (and reasonably priced!) Blythe dresses but didn't realise they might fit these girls, I am super excited
Me too! Almost unnaturally so! Even though my Mini is on layaway, I may grab her a couple cheap Blythe dresses while I wait for her. At the very least, if they end up not fitting, I'm not out a lot of money. The biggest problem, though, will probably be shoes. Her feet seem really inbetween so I can't tell what might fit her. Anyone have any ideas?
UGH - I sooo want my girl home. I ordered Dec. 3rd and DDE just told me ('cause I put more money down) that Leeke takes 8-12 weeks. That means mid February *cries* Just ordered some hair for her and will make my first, from scratch wig just for her. I'd love to do it ahead of time and have it waiting for her but I don't have any other 7.9 heads and I want it to fit her perfectly, which means ... moar waiting. EDIT: anyone else get their lovely in? not seeing much spam on flickr
I'm the same as you Ban Sidhe - I am dyyyyyyyyyyyying to get her home, but because I put her on layaway, with last payment Dec 18, I don't think I'll get her until the end of Feb.... I WANT HER NOW!!!!!!! hehe Can't wait to see your wig attempt! I've been thinking about giving it a go too
I just made my final payment on Mini I know someone else has received their Chloe so I'm really excited to see my girl now
You totally should try! I've seen a few made and I have one from someone else so I think I'm ready to give it a go. I ordered through DDE and just volunteered another payment the other day - I think I'm trying to bribe the universe I keep checking flickr and google images to see if people are getting either of them in and just not joining this thread but no luck sometimes seeing other's helps the wait ...

Thank you She took 42 days, and both are coming with faceups, wigs, and I got the outfit with Chloe. Also got a Christmas box, and the closed fist hands for Iris with no blushing
ooooooo - what a nice stash!!! I got an outfit, 4 wigs, shoes, eyes too.... hehe hopefully I get a shipping notice soon.... I think when I see your Chloe, I'll probably regret not getting her as well! hehe
