Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. :D I'm kind of excited so I thought I'd share....I managed to find long pile fur in the colors of Uriel's hair, and it shipped today! So soonish, he'll have a new, slightly longer wig! I can't wait...the short one was bugging me XD

      After I made him a new wig, my Mono was the only doll I could stand to be around for a few weeks XD I should have gotten a picture of him! I'm fail...

      Beau is next on my restringing list, so he's currently in pieces on my dining room table, but he'll be as good as new by the end of the weekend (and hopefully posing & standing better).

    7. SapphireStargazer Beau looks good riding a horse! What size horse is that? I have a mini who needs one...though he really just needs a pony to pull a cart....And really I need the cart more than the horse XD


      So I wonder if I can get some assistance in finding a good pair of jeans for my Mono?

      I have these from TTYA, and they're a bit large but doable (and they belong to another doll now so I'd have to get them again and I would really prefer a different style). Does anyone have other styles from TTYA they have or can try on??

      My guy is currently wearing Jeans that I think came from Alice's Collections that I bought for my DC Colin. They fit Colin well, and are pretty skin-tight on Mono, though they were literally the only other jeans I could get on him (my mini jeans were all bought for Colin and are a tad on the skinny side lol).

      I'm looking for a pair of well-fitting jeans, they can be a little baggy but I don't really want skinny (cause of how I have them already). Any color but blue or dark blue would be my first pref. Washed not so much....but if it's not too washed it'll be fine (like the TTYA jeans). I'm really hoping for long, long enough that I could roll them up (I can dream).

      Any pics of Mono's modeling jeans? :D

    8. Thank you! Beau's horse is a 20" Battat model. I actually have two of these and I think they're great for the mini size dolls. I got Rebel Yell (Beau's horse) and Tyler's Guardian Angel both secondhand, but I've been told you can get these horses at Target under the "Our Generation" brand name. There's a "Horses For Minis" thread if you want to check out some full-body photos. The ones I've posted in there are old. I really have to take some new photos of Beau and Tyler with their horses so I can spam that thread again. ;)

      As for jeans, I got Beau's jeans from Alice's Collections. They're bootcut and they're a really great fit on him. They're definitely not what I'd call skinny and they're not skintight either. His undershirt and button-down shirt are both tucked in, and he does wear a belt with them, but they'd stay up without one I think.

      Those jeans look nice. They fit pretty much exactly how I'd like, though with sneakers (that I have yet to find :\ ) they might be too short. They're also a great color. I might have to go on and buy a few styles from AC and see which work. I have enough boys at this point that I can always use jeans. I'd still love to see other companies jeans!
      I wish I had a decent current pic of Big Uriel so I could illustrate exactly what I'm after! But I don't :P
      Maybe I'll try for one this weekend, I would also like to remake his wig out of fur. I think it works better than the fiber one he's got.

      Uriel's new wig! I cannot say enough how happy I am that I didn't sell this doll. That would have been a huge regret.
      I do wish I'd have fixed his hair a little before these photos though XD
      Uriel and Alex (not pictured) are two dolls I have to kill the saturation on in photos. Yes, this is desaturated. He bright.

    18. Hi! I just brought home a Limho Mono for Christmas and since the lovely boys in this thread were instrumental in my decision to shell James as a Mono boy, I thought I would let him say "hi!" and "Thank you!"

      He was a bit sleepy after his long journey in a box, I think. I hope to have some fun daylight photos soon, once I make some non Holiday themed clothes for him! He also has the original face up, for now. The eye liner is a bit dark for this guy, but he has such lovely eyebrows.

    20. I love Varekai/Chad! The glow of his skin with those eyes. I think I looked at a lot of Chad shots on Flickr. The tan is so fantastic in any light it seems.

      And oh, wow, what a transformation by face up on Nikita! Ara's work on your girl Mono is stunning!
