Oh, so not fair, I don't have any available money and I said no more dolls this year but I really really need a Limho mono.
Rajko got his weapon this week so I had try a pic with it xD Have been neglecting my poor Monos a bit, his brother Varekai still needs his sword...
Oh man... "They're back in stock!", and then that photo.... lmao, ah I really don't need to buy another doll right now!
It looks like I'll be joining the thread, I just bought a tan mono from the JS. I'll admit I hadn't looked at Limwha much as I thought they only made girl dolls, but when I saw mono and all the lovely owner photos in this thread I fell in love with him.
Congratulations. I'd be tempted to get a tan boy to go with my NS, James. I'm trying to diversify my collection, but there is something about Limhwa's eh? @Roterwolkenvogel Rajko is looking fierce. I love seeing photos of your boys! @Enki I love the styling of your boy! Also, I finally finished a cape for James. He's here with Rory, my Limhwa Lily, in some crappy light.
NovemberKris, your boy is lovely, I had a hard time choosing between the tan and the NS. I can see why you'd want to buy both. I wanted to do a goth boy so the NS would be great, but I ended up choosing the tan because the Limwha tan seems different to other tan dolls I've had. The NS seems very pale compared to other companies NS, almost white?
NovemberKris, That is a lovely cape! Limhwas are addictive! LadyDeath, You are correct. Limhwa NS is very pale and similar to some other companies WS. The WS is very white.
It is funny because I never found him too pale because my first doll was an Iplehouse NS. But now that I have a Fairyland LTF in their NS, I see what everyone means about it. I must like pale NS since I also have a DiM GSE girl. Haha. She is especially pale. @LadyDeath you'll have to spam your boy when he gets here. Limhwa tan varies a bit from batch to batch, making it very unique. But I see many tan ones I love.
I got him blank because I like to do my own faceups, but I'll def spam him blank. From photos their tan looks very different to fl tan. I still have to get him clothes, I do have msd boy stuff, but want to try a few things on first to see it they fit. His waist is very narrow.
I love my tan Lily so you are sure to love him. And yes, he is so skinny! I've thought of creating a waist band to help him fill out shirts a little more naturally, haha.
He's here! And he's gorgeous! Very different feeling resin from my other dolls, he does have a different coloured spot just below his sternum, I'll have to blush it. I love his face its soo realistic looking compared to my fl dolls and others. I tried some trousers on him that fit my minifees and it seems his legs and ankles are thicker as I couldn't get them up his leg. Anyone else have this problem? Ever since the doa move I haven't been able to get photos to show Limwha tan Mono arrival.
I made a new wig for my little willy I would try the crobidoll india blue fur because I love the color, BUT when I received the wig, my limho look like...........80's tina turner T.T sooooo I cut and glue the fur in an alpaca style wig, and I love the result!
