Tohya and Koyha are not Tokyo Boys. Just like Heath, they are not related to that storyline, I suppose they just "appeared."
Tohya got released earlier - his first round release. The apparent 'story' behind him has come out that during the day, Tohya is a normal person (I think he works somewhere, forgive me, I've forgotten the details) and then at night, he turns into Kohya. Kohya is like his 'shadow' or something, his darker side. Kohya's a thief, or rather a thief in training - apparently he's not very good yet. ;D And yeah, I'd have to second the idea that the 4th boy I don't think will be out until the next Tokyo Dolpa. Probably not til December. -_- Bugger. But I'm sure there'll some other gorgeous dolls for us to drool on. Fingers crossed for another boy SDC!

Look again at the Volks English site, at the right of the top banner is a little "witch" hum...could this be a new limited doll? I think it is a blonde girl. edited to add: now I am tripping, because when I went back to the Dolpa page, there are the two little ones in new blue and pink outfits in a boat. Looks like the site is alternating between the two photos
