Lovely gestures from the doll companies

When my Bobobie body arrived, There was an absolutely gorgeous tiger head 'fur' keychain in with it. And Dolls and Friends sent some lovely post cards from unidoll along with my Ark.

 

When a friend placed a group order from dollmore, what I got were the lovely postcards, stickers and a lollypop. And when I bought Hiroto from Bobobie, I wanted him with no face-up, but they said they could do a custom face-up for free ^^ and I also received some sandpaper from them.

 

I ordered some clothes and boots from Dollmore, and they sent a postcard, a lollipop and a pair of eyes (with what looks like a millefiore pattern for irises). From pencil board dealers on eBay, I often get anime idol cards, and one dealer used to send me sticker sheets. I often wonder if people in Asia order from American companies and complain how cheap and rude Americans are, never sending any omake!

 

When I ordered my doll from Dollmore, they sent the shrimp puff snack, a t-shirt, and a pair of eyes that had butterflies in them, plus a postcard and a sticker. They also gave me the eyes I requested and a free wig. I thought that was sweet of them, long live the omake! I'll definitely order from them again.

 

I bought a Luts gradation wine wig off someone on DoA, but lost one of the clippy hair extensions things on it, so I asked Luts if I could buy a new one, and they just said they'd send one to me free of charge! I got it by EMS a few days later, and they sent two extensions instead of one My mom couldn't believe it XD "Why would they give you free shipping too??"

 

Did you explain to them you bought it off of someone else second-hand and not their site? They may have misinterpreted your message to think it happened during shipping. May want, for good Karma, explain to them the entire situation? Else send them something nice in return for their wonderful customer service.

 

I did say I lost it myself and it wans't their fault, so I dunno..
But this was a while ago~

 

That's even better. See, this is why I think Luts should get a certificate of excellence. Granted not always they're the best to everyone, but they try to make up for it. ^^

I don't yet have my dollfies however I expect them around my 24th birthday, November 1st. We'll see what Omake they send, if any. The dollfies were ordered 2 weeks apart and I asked for them to be shipped together, along with 4 other orders over the past few weeks since my first dollfie order.

I've subscribed to this threat so to remind me that I need to post about the Omake when the shipment arrives. If everything is perfect I think I will spend some money on a certificate or award and ship it off to them, for an excellent Thank You in return.

 

Emory from Junkyspot always sends the goodies, like gummies and magnets. And Dollmore recently sent me some fancy multicolored eyes and a set of eyelashes when I ordered a head and a set of purple eyes. Awesome!

 

I got a super tasty sugar lolly from Dollmore when my boy's clothes came through, it was such a nice surprise!

Haven't got any other stuff through yet but i'll let you know if anything more nice randomness! ^_^

 

Yup, I've had an experience like that with Dollmore. They not only sent some candy along with my purchases, but also little gifts like socks or teddy bears. It IS very awesome when that happens. ^_^

 

I recieved a star cookie thing,stickers,a post card, and a free pair of butterfly eyes from dollmore ^^ my baby hikaru is using one right now :3

 

hi, i haven't received my first two bjd yet but i have gotten stickers, tiny mushroom charms, pom poms and other goodies from etsy orders and i myself always include goodies when someone buys one of my amigurumi!

Hehe wow reading about all the fun gifts everyone is getting is making me so much more excited about what i'm going to find in my two orders from Dollmore =^_^=

 

oh i got a pair of eyes the other day and the came in the prettiest bag!

 

My order from Dollmore just came in! They gave me stickers of their dolls, GORGEOUS postcards of their dolls, a sugar lolly, a pair of eyes with this neat holographic picture of one of their dolls in the irises, and a doll cigarrette!

I was so surprised, and so excited! Dollmore is amazing! I will be ordering from them again, for certain!

 

I bought a wig from a user on here, and she sent me strawberry pocky I loved it, and I'm amazed it got through the postal system without dying.

 

I swear I'm going to order from them just to see what kind of Omake I'd get. I'm looking into it and put some things onto my wish list, but atm don't have the cash.

 

I was really really impressed with Dollmore. Sure, I'd heard that they gave omake, but I was more excited about their really nice stuff for really good prices.

But I was SO pleased! They have a future repeat customer in me!

 

I received my Domadoll centaur today. When she was sent, Domado said she included a gift. I just couldn't wait to find out what! And this is what was included:




It's a small Piggy Bank! I love the thought of it, as if saying: "Save more money, buy more dolls!" hehe I love it!
