Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. Dolkot sent me a free pair of doll horns not available on their site & colour some of the elf ears I purchased (I purchased 3 sets) differently so they wouldn't all look the same. And they sent a really cute letter :D

    2. I got a sticker and a free pair of blind eyes from Dollmore! I'm very happy, because the next character I will be getting is blind!
      It is a very smart gesture on Dollmore's part, because I think that I would definitely buy from them again, convincing me to more with the beautiful eyes x3~

    3. Dollmore almost always give free gifts when you order something

      I got my first Dolkot order the other day and they gave me an extra pair of hands with a hand written note attached inside. Initially they had a mixed up and updated my order status to shipped with no tracking #. So I wrote in the board asking for EMS # and they wrote back saying it was a mistake, it's not shipped yet. So 2 days later, status is updated, and has EMS number. I receive package a few days alter and discovered extra hands and note. ^__^

    5. I just ordered some clothes, shoes, sunglasses and cigarettes from Dollmore. Not only did it get to me three days after I had paid (and it had been held up in customs :o ) but they also included a sticker, a card with one of their dolls on it, a lolly pop and a free pair of blind eyes (which is totally cool because they are simply gorgeous!).

      Also they gave me the wrong EMS number so I emailed them. I got a response after only hours in very easy to understand English and very polite too. It was quickly fixed and then the parcel arrived the next day lol.

      I'm definitely shopping with them again!

    7. All this talk about Dollmore and their gifts... Wow! I haven't eaten the lollipop yet. I'm afraid to, it's like a treasure! But, I know I should. Ha, ha...

      I love getting free gifts or notes from companies with my orders. It makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside. Actually, it really just makes me feel so special! That's why I like including gifts or a hand-written note in things I send out. :3

      The gestures made by these doll companies; they really do spread the cheer, huh? And Junkyspot's thong-thingy (the J-string!)... uh, I don't know whether to say that I like it, think it's absolutely hilarious, or... uh... that I don't like it at all... I'm not a thong person, personally... I wouldn't know what to do with it! It would be a little weird to resell it, I know I wouldn't wear it... uh... maybe it can be turned upside down, and modified into a weird dolly halter top? :doh

      That's an interesting idea, actually...

    8. I haven't gotten an order shipped yet from a doll company but I thought I'd throw this out. I know this was a concern on Etsy.

      Be careful of food gifts from non business sellers (like people from Ebay or whatever). You never know what kind of weirdos are out there. :( I've heard of some horror stories on Etsy even though the candy or whatever was individually wrapped. It sucks that we have to be a bit wary but the times they are a-changin'.

    9. When I ordered my Godo from Soom, I had to wait almost a month before I finally got him. I think the usual time is 2 - 3 weeks ^^;

      In any case, I got a free pair of eyes with my doll. They came in such a pretty color too, one that I was considering giving my doll. (He also had eyes already put inside his head)

      But then they gave me the wrong face up. The seams were also a lovely shade of dark pink, and the resin had orange veins.
      I'm waiting to see what is going to happen in the end, but Soom did offer to give me a new face up and a replacement arm for free.
      They are going to cover the shipping. As for the shipping I had to pay to get the package to them... From what I understand, that will be credited to my Soom points or Paypal account.

      That's really nice of them, considering the price of shipping, doll parts, and face ups.

      However, I don't think I will be ordering from them again though as this was my first doll experience >.<

    10. Dollmore is so sweet when they send their packages.

      When I received my Isaac I also got a pair of striped socks, two lollis, a bunch of doll picture cards, and the infamous blind eyes. They also had a really nice note with it.

      Oh, and the order arrived within a week I believe. It was fantastic!

    11. When I opened up the box my Bobobie Tony came in there was this cute little Tiger keychain in the box with him. . .it was so fuzzy. . .I just found it so cute and nice to have something extra. . .and I happen to collect keychains. . .

I just recently received my first order from Dollmore and received a totally cool pair of eyes - reflective white with a ring of black with tiny oriental characters of some variety at the 3, 6, 9, and 12 o'clock positions. They fit the doll I bought the wig for perfectly! Oh, and I got the lollipop (I never eat those sort of sweets though) and some picture cards and things. I was so surprised and pleased! Oh and it arrived incredibly fast. I can't wait to see what I get in my next Dollmore order! I just wish other companies would take a page from Dollmore and at least value their customers, rather than thinking it is the other way around...

    18. Dollmore sent me the best lollipop I have ever had. (It was butterscotch!! ) Also with that package was a postcard that is now hanging on my wall and a sticker that's in my journal. ^^
