Lovely gestures from the doll companies

My DiM boy's wrist part went missing when his hand fell off, and I was horrified, so I desperately contacted DiM. They were super comforting, and sent me a new wrist part for free! I was so grateful!

 

When I ordered from Bobobie, Dennis sent me three extra pairs of eyes and some cute little shoes. He is so sweet

 

The only thing I've gotten was a free pair of stockings from Soom. I orded the leggings for my girl, but they sent me the stockings in the same pattern/color. They sent the replacement out to me without me knowing, which was a pleasant surprise. But sadly, the leggings didn't fit my girl like leggings (more like PJ pants) afterall since she's like 7cm shorter than supergem. The stockings that I did get fit like a charm though. They also sent the little Rosette School postcard and a little book.

 

Dollmore sent me free candies and a pair of beautiful brown eyes! I was so happy because that was the color I had in mind for Rosiel's eyes (and he's been using them since then^^)

 

I haven't gotten anything special with Hisui (although, her herself was more than special enough for me). I'll be ordering more outfits and things like that, like wigs, eyes, from various websites soon so I hope I get something neat.

 

apart of the well-known lovely freebies from Dollmore, I found it interesting(and lucky) that they sent me white pants and a white shirt. Remi's character wears mostly(almost only) white clothes, thing that, obviously DM didn't knew, but still, they sent me white clothes oh the coincidence XD

 

A little off topic (sorry!) but can anyone tell me if leakwood often includes any extra little gestures? Thank-you

 

Unidoll sent me a set of promo-postcards with the boots I bought from them. And Iplehouse sent some really yummy Korean chocolates with my Akando. And from Soom, I got a cleaning sponge when I ordered that doll carrier. I think what I liked most, so far, where the chocolates ... *lol*

 

I just got some clothes from nDoll and with them I got some free eyelashes which are just the right colour for my new boy. I also got some cute nDoll post-it notes ^_^

 

I've gotten little cards from Luts (lol) but also 2 free wigs. That was nice!
I love getting free stuff.

 

I've gotten quite a bit of korean candies. My favorites have been the fizzing soda types - completely unexpected and ridiculously yummy. And of course I've gotten the post cards, the papers, and pictures. I've gotten free eyes before, and Iplehouse and Dollmore have both been very communicative and just great about any errors.

 

When I ordered my Tintan I got some coconut pockey, a keychain, some other kind of candy and lots of little cards with the copmainies name on them. I also got a free hat as well ( I got her from Dollzone )

When I got my Megi I recieved the seond Deathnote liveaction Jap movie ( SQUEE!! ) as well as pockey and a few other sweets and cards.

I have also recived two pairs of blind eyes. ( I gave one to my friend and kept one for myself )

 

When I got Ophelia from Fairyland they sent me a bag. I find it really sweet and usefull, since now I can transport her wherever I want xD. I was not so lucky with my Dream of Doll Seorin though. They could have sent something extra =.=. Nevertheless, giving extra gifts is a good way to fidelize clients

 

I don't have a "something included in the order" story but I do love Iplehouse! I recently bought one of the SE Akando's a few days before they went off sale... long story short something happened in the processing because 2 days later after I had sent my first layaway payment my order was missing, like it had never been there missing.

I was totally bummed out and sad that I wasn't going to get my hunky golden resin boy, I sent them a message on the Q&A board explained what happened and to my shock and amazement they said no problem asked what was in the order said no problem and placed it.

I'm a total fan of Iple now, I really can't say enough good things about them. I've been through alot of company's and so far Iple is the best, they're so helpful and they answer their Q&A board SUPER quick.

 

ive bought dolls from several different companies, but Dollmore is the winner in free stuff and general awesomeness. ive collected an entire doll wardrobe from them in gifts, cookies, candies, socks for me (lol socks are win), pens, buttons, a doll carrier and lots of eyes and they have never missed in answering all my millions of questions that i like to ask.

I order all my B&G dolls from Jack on Ebay and got a free tiny :3

Iplehouse is impressing me tons already with their awesome communication as i just put my first IP doll on layaway.

all three previously mentioned companies (or peoples) have the best customer service of any other one company ive bought from...even without free gifts id buy from them just for that alone.

 

Ethereal Angels make eyes, not dolls. Still, I thought it was very nice of them to send me an extra pair of eyes when I put in a large order last year.

 

My Jiao arrived from Mint On Card with a little bag of sweets and a little plastic figurine. ^_^ The extra pair of eyes and birth certificate card were nicely tucked in a lovely pink fabric bag.

 

Not exactly a company, but a seller on Etsy (NeuroCandy, to be exact) sent a free little headband and Hello Kitty stickers along with the little shirt I ordered from her! I thought it was sweet - now I need to buy a bigger girl doll for it >w<;;

 

Not exactly a company, but an ebay seller gave me an extra free pair of grey glass eyes when I bought a pair of blue puiple-less eyes from them ^__^ A lovely surprise

Someone in this thread mentioned about the cappuccino candies? I don't know whether it's the right brand. But is it Kopiko? Did it look something like this?
