Lovely gestures from the doll companies

what's the head pieces? what do they do?

 

I got cute hair clips when Ayumi came from DoD!
and candy from Leeke World when I ordered Izzy some stuff for X-mas
I loved it, I think I scared my parents because I was like "looook Cady!!" lol

 

When I ordered Hitomi there was a hand writen letter in her box that siad enjoy your buetiful(I love Engrish) new daughter.

Volks also did a really sweet thing for my Aunt. She was in Californa for Thanksgiving and stoped at the Volks store but it was the Friday before it opened. Someone saw her standing outside came to the door and told her that they would open the next day. My Aunt explaned that she needed a Christmas gift for her niece and would be out of the area the next day. Volks let her in to shop for an hour and gave her a tour.

 

A bit OT, but now I want those shrimp puffs.

 

I wonder if Souldoll has sent me anything... I doubt it since it was a sale ^___^

 

I got a ton of extra stuff from AngelRegion when I got Nell -- an extra wig, a couple of cleaning sponges, a few pairs of eyelashes, and a ton of adorable little doll-sized hairclips. I got her well before I discovered DoA, so I was totally surprised that they'd included anything extra. SoulDoll also sent me an extra pair of eyes, a hat and gorgeous postcards of the new Soulkids. (I think I confused a lot of people when I posted my pictures though because they packaged the boots I also bought with the rest of gift stuff, so it looked like they'd sent me them as a gift. ^^U)

The Chinese restaurant that my mother goes to a lot will throw in extra rice and such a lot, and we tend to get really nice thank-you cards when we buy things from Japan. Because of that I've started including at least thank-you cards when I send packages to other people, it doesn't take long and it gives such warm fuzzies.

 

I got a pack of Dollmore's famous shrimp puffs, too. XD

I got candy with my LeekeAsia order, and have gotten candy from some sellers here on DoA. Yummy.

I didn't get anything when I ordered Seiji from Domuya, though. Or from Souldoll when I ordered Yui (they actually left out her shoes, though I didn't realise this until quite a while afterwards). This didn't really bother me, though; I think it's very generous of the companies to give out any freebies at all!

 

I got Akiya (Ttory) when Luts just opened, so I was able to get glass eyes, two wigs, shoes, and a bag (this was before kid delfs had boxes). It was so nice especially for a first doll.

 

This has me all excited. lol. Since I just finished ordering a doll from AR and I'll be making a large Dollmore order soon. XD

Let's see... so far I've gotten:

From the Gomidoll people - A really nice photo of Igon.
From Dollmore - Several really cute postcards with their dolls on them.
From Leekeworld - Candy. One of which is called a buttermint crunch... I'm eating it right now and it's strange... it's like warm peppermint... O_O I must find this candy in america! The coffee ones are good too.

i got a blank post card and some mini fee cards from Luts,nice pics, and i got some yummy butter crackers from Dollmore.

Aside from BJD stuff, when buying cels I got a free cheap cel once. I included a free layout photocopy with a cel trade once because I thought they would like it, but I did tell them I was going to give it to them. I get Pinky:st figures from Free Bento and they always give you something free.

 

I got free Velcro from DoD when I ordered T.Too and T.Bee-a from them. ^_^ It was a small thing but i was shocked b/c it was unexpected. ^^;; Also, they included the booklets and such. ^_^

I got one of DOD's most expansive clothes at that time (O.O''''), boots, shoes, free face-up, free wig and some other things (himitsuuuuuuu!)!
Also, maaaany maaaany sweet e-mails!! I'm sooo upset that I lost most of them!!! THe e-mails are so cute!! DOD've aways been sweet as sugar with me ^^
Also, I got candys *o* from Leeke!! Candys are my favorite thing (check my doll's names, HA! XD) I luuuv!
I got many things that I didn't expect! ^^ I love Surprises!

 

My girl was a tad late and the maker of the serendipity dolls gave me a extra wig ^_^ plus a little note written on it that said "sorry its so late, please enjoy the free wig" but with more broken englishy ness.

 

Junkyspot. Emory always sends me little toys, or a dvd once and awhile with my orders. He's sooooo cool, and a very good person to buy from!

 

I really liked the shrimp chips that DollMore sent. (Had to share them with my cat, though. Sara is a shrimp cracker FIEND, and they smelled enough like shrimp crackers to catch her interest. ^_^ )

They also sent me a pair of cute, blue, flowery stockings. Which is sort-of funny since I was ordering guy's clothes. I don't think Nameless has cross-dressing in his future (Unless they know something I about him that I don't... O_o ), so I sent them to Mela for her gal Sean.

 

I recieved a soap-rose from Dollmore. Its really pretty with individual petals. Luts sent a fabric baggie. From Latidoll i recieved a stuffed animal that is the logo of their white line. Its really adorable and is actually bigger then my green i ordered... O.O I was really suprised and touched. I'll post a picture sometime when Coran gets back from his faceup.

 

I had heard about the wonderful extras so I was really looking forward to see if Dollmore had included anything with Duckie. Sure enough, there were two beautiful doll sized paper flowers, with individual petals.

 

To my knowledge, Laidoll is including eyes, a wig, a carier bag, and a kimono with my Momo. 8DD *jumps* I'm so excited~!

 

A few months ago I bought some things from Dollmore, and with it I got a soap shaped like a rose (with a cute little message on the packet), shrimp chips, and a pen. n__n
I have gotten into the habit of buying shrimp chips when I go to a Korean shop downtown now. XD

I'll be opening a package from Luts tomorrow~ I wonder if there's any little surprises in there. O:
