  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. awwwwwww, Cyr (Camine) didn't come with a ring, unless i missed it. neither did mizunoeiryuu's Sora and Sterling (Lahoo and Sha). wonder if they've stopped doing that? i did get the neat booket, though.


      on the other hand, the OrientDoll Il i bought from Nyhl came with a little plushie chipmunk keychain, and one of my dollmore orders came with a bath-soap flower (which i can't use unfortunately, dye/perfume allergies), and my recent SOOM order came with a DIY earring kit. when i send out purchases, i sometimes add a little trinket (usually mizuhiki good-luck knots) and a note on the packing slip. it's always nice to get a little extra something in a package!

    2. They've never really given me anything, but I was totally astounded by the customer service I got from Shinjuku's Tenshi no Sumika when I went there a few years back. I bought a few things there and went in pretty much every day of my trip (they were having a sale :aheartbea ), and the guy working there would always ask my friend and me about our dolls, and even let us stay in the store during a naming ceremony- I don't know if that's common practice since they closed the doors off, or if that's even the reason we were still in there (maybe they didn't know how to tell us to leave?) but it was a really nice gesture.

      Either way, as far as actual items, they haven't come from any doll companies, but I remember Masterpiece sending me almost double my order worth of eyes (although I think they do that for every first order). Celga still sends me postcards even though I haven't bought anything from them in like, two years :sweat

    4. Latidoll gave me a big stuffed toy and a free wig when i ordered from them and dollmore gave me gifts too. A seller from ebay sent me a xmas card, which was lovely and so unexpected. It is always a lovely surprise to get gifts with packages as it is so unexpected. :)

    5. With my clothing from Dollmore a few days ago, they sent a postcard, gift eyes and a lollipop.. o.o;

      I didn't know what to think, I've been told not to eat things sent in the mail... ;-; but, I want it.
      Im not used to free things; Doll companies are really kind and generous ^^

    7. I got a christmas card from Dollzone. I think that was very nice and sweet from them ^^ I haven't got anything extra with dolls, actually Dollzone didn't send me the eyes I should have got with the doll o_o

    10. I got in my elf Chiwoo in today and was surprised to get two hair clips. Like bobby pins with some hair attacted with three small jems attacted to the hair. Luts usually only sends little cards.

    11. I placed an order with Dollmore and paid for it. Then later on I wanted to add a few more things to it and wrote them a message about it. They said ok and ask me to pay additional amount with combine shipping. But they shipped out my order before I paid for the extra items I'm adding. They said they trust me. Of course I paid in full right away. It was so nice of them ^__^

      And they always give you free stuff too which I really like!

      My Dollndoll order came with 3 pairs of free eyelashes. That was cool too.

      My first Luts order I got a free wig and an extra head. My last order when I bought Tamashii they gave me a free anime figure. With Tsumi they gave him a free X-mas hat. :)

    12. To put little gifts in the package when selling something seems to become quite popular in Europe. A Ebayer my father bought from puts sweets with the orders and in his comments the people were always surprised, or really happy about it, not being used to that kind of stuff. ^^" Okay that´s a bit off the subject.

    13. Every time I've ordered something from Dollmore, they have sent me different coloured soap roses.

      So when I ordered my dolls with lots of other bits (essentially - a Hell of a lot of money spent), they gave me an entire heart-shaped box of red soap roses. It was immensely sweet. C: They've also given me a free wig before.

      I got a cute little DIY key necklace from SOOM once, too.

    14. I have gotten a pretty bookmark and beautiful little silver hand mirror from Elfdoll.

      From Lati I got a pack of postcards with lovely photos of M and K on the front.

      From Iplehouse I got a postcard with Tan Soo Ri on the front.

      And when I ordered my Notdoll Andante Espressivo head, Notdoll sent a whole box of gifts! There was a pretty little lilac drawstring purse, four magic sponges and a three sets of eyelashes. Really nice of them, especially considering I only ordered a head and not a full doll.

    15. This is a great topic....I think it is so interesting the difference of customer care/appreciation in other countries, especially Asian companies...can you see a company here in the USA doing that stuff? You're lucky to get what you ordered!!!! (I'm generalizing, here...)!

      I have been ordering from American Girl for years...and did you realize that they have a 100% guarantee? I can return anything I bought (as long as it isnt a discounted seconds) anytime and get full value as long as everything is included. If you buy something that is defective, they will immediately send out the same item and a return shipping label for the defective product. Their customer service is gold.
      I have also shopped from similar companies in America with no customer service problems....maybe not the amazing return policy of American Girl, but still knowledgable and helpful service. It also helps for the most part that I shop locally for most of my goods...local businesses are the best!
      Its nice to see that companies give stuff to their customers for free...but it wont bother me if nothings included. (I am ordering from Volks possibly...I don't think they include anything.)

    17. well I haven't gotten too much from companies..but since I mainly go in group orders..that's probably why.
      But I have received just recently from Petdoll, my Ant, and it came with eyes{I thought they only came with completed dolls}, eye putty, and whiskers!
      from Soom I got a DIY necklace
      From Dollmore I got the roses, and a feather pen
      From Luts I got a wig, and shoes, cards
      From Dollzone via Junkyspot I got eyes, eyeputty and cards
