    1. I just recently ordered my Zaoll Luv from dollmore, and he came with all sorts of goodies! Three beautiful postcards, two stickers, a 14mm pair of 'blind' eyes(all white), some lace tights, and a delicious lollipop that I sucked on while working on his faceup. :] Those're the nicest gifts I've always received. Whenever I've ordered a doll from luts, they send some nice little credit-card sized postcards of beautiful dolls, and I keep those in my wallet because they make me happy to steal a peek at every once in a while!

    2. Volks sent Ruka a card & necklace for his birthday. It's black and silver and compliments his faceup perfectly. Best part was I totally wasn't expecting it. :D

    3. I got Velcro and hair extension thingies from Luts with my Redemption the Moon. Otherwise, I just haven't been ordering things long enough to collect a lot of free swag.

      I do think that it's really sweet (and good business) to include little gifts with an order, though. If I ever sell anything on DoA, I think that I will make it my policy to do so as well.

I've gotten gifts from American webshops when buying other things (I used to buy a lot of Pinky St. figures from Freebento, and they always sent extras like little keychains, posters, stickers, erasers, various neat little stuff) but I think in general it's more of an Asian tradition than American. If I'm sending something out to someone, I usually include a note on cute stationery with a little doodle on it or something, but I don't usually send other gifts unless it's a friend. ^^; Then again I don't have a shop or permanent sales thread or anything like that, it's just various items I've sold or sent to people. If I were to try to have a commisions thread or mini shop of some kind I might get into the sending small gifts things, it certainly makes a package nice to get. : )

    5. Happydoll were very nice to me, I ordered some restringing elastic and velcro and 2 sets of stockings and they threw in a magic eraser for nothing!

      I only spent like... $9, but still got a free gift, brilliant!

    6. I just got my Notdoll Miriam today, and she came with quite a few unexpected extras. When I opened the box, there was a great plush alligator hat! Really funny. Then inside her box, along with the things she was listed as coming with, there were two little pink plastic cupcakes, a sparkly pink doll-size pillow, and two more doll-size black heart-shaped pillows. So neat!

    10. Dollmore is lovely about sending little extras. Their lollipops are legendary, but they also sent me a pair of all-white eyes, a postcard and a...almost like a little "trading card" with a picture of a Limited Edition doll on it when I ordered a dress.

      And Luts is known for their Juri and Na-Nu-Ri events, but at the holidays they've also sent out doll-sized Santa hats with orders--which are ridiculously adorable!

    11. So far all i have had is some of those lollipops that taste of nothing and are sticky in their wrappings like they have been hanging around too long, some stickers of dolls that i don't like and some eye putty that was like granite - guess i'm not flavour of the month huh

      For me, the nicest gesture ANY company has given me is sending out my order on time! That works just fine for me.

      ooooh no, i just remembered....last year before Christmas a company sent me a Christmas card with my order, it had a chichuaua on the front dressed as Santy and when you opened it a little oriental voice sang 'Walking in a Winter Wonderland' - that was the funniest thing ever until the battery ran out.

      I thought that was a really lovely thing to do, PLUS the shipping was ultra quick. 5 days from the day payment was confirmed. Perfect.

After I'd ordered my Bermann, and was waiting (7 months!) for him, I contacted Tensiya about buying a suit they had on their site, asking if I could buy it and have it shipped with him rather than having a separate EMS shipment. It turned out that the suit I wanted (white leather pimp suit!) was actually out of stock and they had neglected to mark it as such on the site. :(

      They offered to see if they had something similar lying around the office, though, and send it to me for free since I couldn't buy the one I wanted. It turns out they did find another of the suit I wanted, and gave it to me as a gift. :D I'm very grateful to them for it, that suit was the perfect outfit for my boy and it was very sweet of them not to charge me for it after all. ^^

      Other than that, I think I got some hard candy with a Leekeworld order once or twice, but mostly I buy dolls/clothes/etc. from Yahoo!Japan, so I don't get much in the way of freebies. :sweat

    15. From leeke I've received a free wig in one order (so pretty too) and i always get sweets or candies of some kind.
      luts sent me a little christmas hat (even though I ordered my boy WAY after the christmas event ended)
      i got more sweets (and some super cute fliers/cards) from doll heart

      of topic but fitting: i order a ton of jrock cd's and once they even included a free singles collection with my order! (and it was of my favorite band too!!)

      I know that most japanese businesses give out gifts and such. the tissue packets are actually a form of advertising...you reach into your pocket when you have to sneeze and ah whats this?? a tissue packet from 'such and such'!! maybe you should go grab lunch there!! that sounds tasty...hmm..yes...

    17. Soom was really kind to me when I ordered my Elf Uyoo. Not only did they answer all of my goofy questions but when I received her she came with a beautiful little necklace! I was so happy! They are definantly my favorite company!

    18. I ordered from Dollmore and they sent me a star cracker, postcard, sticker and some butterfly eyes. They are pretty, but I think they are only 14 mm unfortunetly, plus my boy wouldn't wear butterfly eyes if I forced him xD. But still it's so cool that companies do this.

    19. I got nothing from DOD but I got 2 stickers, 2 postcards, a pair of funky 16mm eyes and a heavenly lolipop I know I've tasted it before and you can even buy bags of that stuff at shops but for the life of me I can't remember what its called *_*

      Anyway I thought that was super awesome ^^ I had only bought clothes aswell :D

    20. I've been in two grouporders to Dollmore where they sent along extra eyes, and when I bought my MNF Shiwoo from Luts they gave me some hairextentions. And I've gotten candy from Leeke too. :)
