My Kieran came in perfect condition and their normal matches crazy well with Dollzone's Soom normal match, overall a good hybrid which I'm really happy about
@Haven_Of_Dolls336 Congratulations! Did you order her directly from Luna Blanc? How long did it take for her to be made and ship? And did you have to pay any tariffs on her when she arrived?
Why yes I did, it took about 2 months for his production. I did, but I paid $22 for it which isn't too bad in the grand scheme of things.

For those who have order from Luna Blanc directly, what does the status "Preparing Shipment" mean? I recently put in an order and saw that status. I'm assuming they're making the doll?
For US owners, has anyone received a shipment from Luna Blanc in the last few weeks? I see they use EMS, which means, duties/fees will need to be paid to release the package. How was your experience? Does Luna Blanc mark down packages?
They offered for mine but I declined. I paid like ~$20 for my head (most of that charge was to UPS) and UPS will email you. I simply paid with paypal and while annoying was painless.
Thank you for sharing! Despite your package shipping EMS, you had to pay through UPS? I thought EMS goes through the US Postal service. I wasn't emailed or prompted by Luna Blanc to mark down packages and such.
To explain, I emailed Chicabi's customer service since Luna Blanc is run by them back when nothing was coming out of South Korea in August, so I'd email them if your head hasn't shipped yet. EMS premium specifically once it hits the US is through UPS, so I had to pay UPS. I haven't had experience with paying tariffs via USPS yet.
How do Luna Blanc SD compare to other SD BJD? I’m reallllyyy hoping they’d be (somewhat) similar to Asleep Eidolon or Xaga doll (but I fear they’d look more in scale with larger-headed SDs like Angell Studios, Fairyland, etc )
The girls specifically, sorry, I should’ve specified! I was looking at the Kylie sculpt and the Eloise (but I know the latter just released so I doubt anyone has one that’s arrived quite yet)… I only worry if they’d look too big-headed/bobble-headed next to my other SDs that are a similar height
I have no info as I've bought heads, but I do not have a doll body for them. I DO know that the girl heads are larger than my 70cm doll and 75cm guy dolls [from other companies].
Im going away on holiday, if only my eloise came before Xmas eve so I could take her with mybut hoping she will be shipped early next year
