      November 18 (2009), arrived on December 21 (2009)

      Communication was nice, any requests/questions were answered within a day.

      Yes, they have more options now, like credit cards

      one problem that occured was that I purchased a muffler, and just before the order was shipped I was told by the company that they do not have one for me, they are out of stock and my item got damaged. they refunded the money for the item.

    3. * What did you order? 3 heat resistant fiber wigs, kid delf sneakers, Joint fix parts for 4 dolls, elastic, 2 pairs of socks, eyelashes and 1 pair of acrylic eyes.

      * How was the communication? Really good actually.

      * How easy was it to pay? Easy with paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship? It shipped the next day and I received it on the 22nd.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Better than the photos.

      * Were you satisfied with the product? I received the wrong color of acrylic eyes.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? I emailed them and they asked to see photos of the wrong item and then sent the correct one out very quickly and paid for the whole thing out of their pocket.

      They forget to send 1 pair of shoes and it took a while until they understood, what was wrong with the order. I didn't get it until now.

      Very easy per Paypal.

      ~3 weeks

      Yes.

      The Kid Delf not, but I ordered without a face-up, so it's hard to compare.

      Yes.

      They are still working on the problem with the missing pair of shoes.

      December 21st, 2009

      I didn't need to communicate with them for anything.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very! Just as simple as swiping the credit card at a POS.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      It shipped on February the 9th, so it was right in the 35-45 day time slot they allotted. And took three days to arrive to the house after shipping. The package arrived on the 12th of February.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Definitely! The LUTS doll is so very beautiful, and the face-up was excellent!

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Spot on! I was worried, as some dolls look different because of the ooh la la pro photogs and the use of soft boxes, but even here the doll looked like the picture!

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Most definitely. I had complained a little on the price before, but seeing the quality now, I would have definitely paid more if they asked me to!

      It was incredibly fast - they shipped the package in 2 days.

      Yes, very.

      No communication was needed for this purchase.

      Payment was done using Paypal. Very easy!

      Very fast! Package was shipped on the 24th February 2010 and arrived on the 26th February 2010.

      Definitely!

      Amazing, very fast. They ship on 25 th February. They ship in 8 days !!!!!

      * How was the communication? Pretty much Nil. I recieved the shipping notice about a month after I recieved the items. But events are always mad busy.

      * How long did it take to ship? Not long at all. Especially with a face up. Couple of weeks?

      Good, they responded to all my questions and were very polite about it.

      Very easy, I used paypal.

      It shipped on the 25th of February, and took six days to get here. So it was about 52 regular days.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes! It was!
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      In Bory's sales pictures he looks really, really white. But in real-life his skin is a lot more yellow and his face-up is a lot more subtly. It looks better, for sure!

      Very! He poses like a dream and is so beautiful to look at!

      The are really pretty, very detailed and seem extremely well made. So yes.

      Much better than in the photos.

      Very much so.

      * How long did it take to ship? arrived on the 8th of March

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? for everything else yes, but not for the pants from the Cheddar set
      * Were you satisfied with the product? highly unsatisfied with the pants, it looked nothing like the picture, does not fit Junior Delf even though it was made for it, the pants in the picture was fitted but the product I received was too baggy, too long, and not stretchy. Tried it on my Senior Delf, did not fit like the picture either. Bleh
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? did not contact, don't want to go through with the hassle so keeping the pants but still angry. rawr.
      * Would you order from this company again? yes, but will consider not purchasing clothes for Junior Delfs.

      * How was the communication? I have had trouble in the past where Luts as outright insulted me but the person replying to emails was nicer this time. What I did not like was how I had to contact them after waiting 2 months for my order with no change. They then told me there was a problem with a damaged item in my order and they needed me to change it. I do not like that they did not contact me first about this problem nor told me anything about my order being held up until I contacted them.
      * How easy was it to pay? Easy Paypal
      * How long did it take to ship? Item received 3-15-10 68 days after order place
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, I have always received quality products from them
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? No the makeup was completely different.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? With the dolls face up I was a little disappointed. I had received the same exact looking faceup as one of my friends who owns a different mold. It was if their artist only knew how to do one set of eyebrows and eyelashes. Also Luts had forgotting to pack an extra pair of hands I had ordered.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? I have contacted luts about not shipping the hands.
      * Would you order from this company again? The last time I had ordered from Luts was in 2008 when I had a very bad experience with them. I think it might take that long for me to try and order an other doll through them again.
      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand? I have order second hand objects from people and I will continue to.

      ~ Ordered on the 14th, dispatched on the 16th, arrived on my doorstep by the 18th

      He left on the day he was ready! It only took four days for him to get to my home ^-^ five days earlier than the time they gave me in the shipping invoice~<3

      Face-up does not look like their promo photo at all. It's still nice, but I didn't wanna gamble with that if I had a choice. Also the wig didn't look like what they have in the sample photo, I guess they are selling the base wig but I didn't know about it bbb

      Yes. I wasn't sure at first if the outfit included the necklace or not, but I was happy to find out it did.

      * How was the communication? There wasn't much but the little was great.

      * How easy was it to pay? Very. I paid through paypal, and it was received quickly.

      * How long did it take to ship? Less than a week. At the most four-five days.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yep. Just right.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? The wig was nice. Not very stretchable, and the
      eyes are okay. The pupil is a little on the smaller side.

      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes. I really like Luts.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? There was a time I couldn't sign up.
      Though I figured out the problem, they still replied and apologized for the long wait. She was very nice.

      * Would you order from this company again? Indeed. I'm eyeing a few things now...*has to hide credit card*

      about second hand products.(long story)
