  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I purchased a Souldoll Queena from lyderic. Communication was spotty due to lyderic being in hospital but after a couple of weeks everything was back on track. I received my beautiful doll in great condition, well packed, with all of her fullset items as promised.

      I attempted to buy a DomaDoll Cookie from @lyderic. They approached me with regard to my WTB thread on Marketplace on 09/03/2025 stating that they were willing to sell me their DomaDoll Cookie. I paid for this doll and shipping on 09/05/2025 via Paypal. However, during this period, the US shipping environment changed and I was informed that the original shipper would no longer ship to the USA. After some back and forth about the next best shipping method (which I understood due to the changing shipping climate and tariffs to the USA), they told me 09/22/2025 that they would respond with a shipping quote. The following is a summary of my subsequent attempts at communication:

      1. 09/22/2025: discussion that seller would message me back for shipping quotes
      2. 10/21/2025: attempt at contact through DoA Communications portal with no response
      3. 10/28/2025: attempt at contact through DoA Communications portal with no response
      4. 11/04/2025: attempt at contact via creation of this DoA Problem Transactions thread with no response
      5. 11/07/2025: attempt at contact via email provided by seller with no response
      6. 11/10/2025: attempt at contact via opening a Paypal case with no response
      7. 11/12/2025: attempt at contact by Paypal (second Paypal attempt at contact) in relation to the open case with no response

      On 11/13/2025 I was contacted by Paypal with regard to my open Paypal case for this order. After two attempt by Paypal at getting in contact with the seller, they were refunding my payment for the doll.

      In summary, I cannot recommend this seller as despite being trusted with several hundred dollars with an open transaction, they have made themselves very difficult to reach. I think I have been very reasonable in my timeline to allow for response, as you can see from above that this sale has been pending for ~2 months. Note to that when I started attempting to contact them, all I was asking for was an update and I noted that I understood the shipping situation to the US was difficult, but after exhausting multiple modes of communication, the remaining option was opening a PayPal case (which has fewer options available for resolution). I cannot trust that they will follow through in sales of their dolls.
