Well, she CAN stand, that's for sure! Now I can't wait to see it with my own eyes, she might be the most poseable SD I'll ever own ^^

Hey! I'm so excited because my caramel Fang arrived at my face-up artist's house Unfortunately the clip that holds the headcap on has snapped off though I'm lucky it's only on the inside... but still. I'm waiting to hear back from the seller about it, BUT in the meantime my face-up artist says she can glue it back and she took some beautiful pics of her with her boy fang I'm SO in love with her from the pictures alone, and her box looks amazing etc I'm really looking forward to the finished thing because she is having the full works - bodyblush, manicure, pedicure xD

@fansea I'm over-the-moon she can wear heels! None of my SD girls do - time to buy SD heels
Yeah, I hope the fix will be a strong one and it won't be a problem again ^^ I just hope after her spa treatment the journey will be nice to her

 

@kamia yep! Only thing is that the front of her foot doesn't bend/have the arch to fit the front of the shoe, but I think with a closed toe shoe it won't be noticeable.

 

@fansea thank you I do feel like we're having this conversation on multiple platforms xD I do have some low heel pink nine9 SD shoes that I think will work, not that they'll be her style, but I'm unbearably picky about doll shoes xD

 

Ooohh, and she has a little space between her toes! Hopefully she can wear geta and sandals

@kamia yes we are! haha I don't know where to reply to what! But DoA is better for sharing links cause you can click on them lol. Here are the pink shoes from luts. fit senior delf. Inner foot length of 7.5cm
And then the blue heels are from paopaoyubjd on taobao. They are listed as SD16, 1/3, heels. Inner length of 7.5 cm, width of 2.8 cm
I am picky about shoes too! My Fang is sadly a tomboy, and doesn't like heels (but i'd thought I'd give it a try haha)

 

I posted a shot of my strawberry skin with maskcat pink in post #178. You could search what other brands match maskcat pink and that might also lead you to an acceptable match.

 

Thank you I remember your post I did that working back with matches but I guess over the matches it changed too much the shades and the body I have doesn't match too well. It might be acceptable for now, but I'll be looking to get her her own one at some point :P I might end up waiting for the next preorder. It would be nice if MDR brings out that other body she was sculpting so my Fang and Ophelia can have slightly different bodies but still be the same height if that makes sense.

 

I wish MDR would make a slightly taller body with a larger bust. I love the details on the MDR body and it sounds like the posability is outstanding.

 

Does anyone here have an olathe yet? I'm wondering how 12mm vs 14mm eyes look in her

 

I just heard back from Nuria and will be getting a replacement head! It'll take a few months but that's still good news.

In other good news the face up artist working on my Fang, the lovely Sally Luk, has just sent me progress pics and I'm so in love with what she's done ! Can't wait to get her home !

 

@ThrowMyFaith So glad you're being sent a new head, still it's a shame to have to wait again :P I'm still worried about my head sharing the same defect but I guess I'll know more once she gets here and I see it in person....
