  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I paid off my Olathe today too. I had a few problems with the new site, evidently it's a work in progress, but we finally straightened everything out. They're very good with communication.

    4. Which e-mail account did you use? The one I've used for her in the past is bouncing, and the contact form on the website hasn't yielded any results either. I wants to pay for the Olathe!

    5. You can pay through the website directly. I just needed to talk to her because I accidentally paid in euros instead of usd:sweat I just used the address [email protected] to ask.

      EDIT: Got an email from MDR (She will start shipping dolls on Friday!!) at the bottom it says that email wont receive messages and to use this form for contact:

    8. I'm glad to see dolls are going out soon!! I hope that contacts link works, because I actually haven't heard back about my replacement head since January. I hope that it's still coming :(

    14. ThrowMyFaith, ah she looks adorable! I do hope she gets a faceup soon! (I love casual clothes on MDR dolls especially. I don't even know why but for some reason they just look the best with that style! <3)

      Also my Ophelia (his name is Lucas, tho' he is genderless x P) finally got his body! And I'm completely in love!

    17. :huh?:I just got an email from MDR that contained a question and some personal info from another member. She should be careful not to send that stuff out by accident.

      I wish the new website was working a little better. Has anyone gotten a tracking number yet?
       
    18. No, I have not received a tracking number after repeatedly asking for one. I need a tracking number to contact EMS in case my package arrives while I am out of town. No reply on instagram or her "customer service" email. I'm getting fed up. If the package gets sent back to her (which it will if no one can sign for it) I'm going to be very upset. After paying $100+ for shipping, waiting a week for them to actually be shipped and getting no tracking.... communication is dismal. I understand she may have had a lot of orders, but what good is EMS without a tracking number? And now, if I ship it again, I'm out another $50-100. I hope she addresses this soon and sends tracking info, but I'm not holding my breath. Sorry for the rant.
       
    19. Would not be surprised if that was mine. Her customer service email looked like a random yahoo address. I couldn't change the address (it looked like that's where mine was supposed to go), so I had to include my information manually in the comments.

    20. Yeah, I haven't heard back from her either. I hate being left in the dark like this, but it's like, I'd like an answer? Even if it's no? I know there are limitations with being a one person business, but it is starting to be frustrating.
