      * How easy was it to pay? Easy, I used my Vanilla Visa gift card as a Visa credit card and it went through with no problems.

      * Were you satisfied with the product? The elastic I got was a touch too big for my girl, but that's alright. ^_^ It was cheap, so it doesn't hurt to have extra of other sizes for other dolls I might get later. Other than that, everything was fantastic. And they gave me freebies!

    2. * What did you order? A 1/4 new-new body and some small stuff
      * When did you order? Layaway for 6 months; sent since 10th December
      * How was the communication? Good
      * How easy was it to pay? Easy
      * How long did it take to ship? Shipped since 10th December 2010 with USPS-EMS but misdirected to Ireland since 17th. No news until 3 January; 4 January I got email from Moc saying that it was said, already re-direct to Indonesia since 30th December 2010 but Ireland post office didn't scan the barcode so no update status. I'm hopeless, now. So, I really don't expect anymore that this order will come. With no barcode, I can't blame my pos office and USPS will (again) argue this and that.

      Before I searched for information that my order was true misdirected, usps argued that it was already sent to Indonesia and waiting in custom AND that the tracking information in website (goods was in Ireland) was wrong.
      Really, I'm tired with this silly argument. So, if my stuff hasn't arrived, who's to be blame? EMS insurance? oh, well...without barcode scanning, there's no proof about the exact existence of the stuff and i believe, though i will never receive it, moc won't or can't help me.

      MoC helped me to contact usps but I still want to give a small suggestion to them: i knew that their work must be loaded but i hope after this, they shoud not just take what usps tells them. I tracked everything not only ask to local post office but also up to Ireland post office, emailing their customer service MY SELF. Without my own effort, I don't think, MoC can push usps to make investigation. We need a strong proof to show that the package is misdirected; I don't need any more argument about it, so, yes, 1 hit strong proof is needed. I hope, next time, they do a small investigate first before customers. When ones receive and send stuff by EMS very often, they are expected to realize when things are getting weird. I don't do business but I could sniff things were wrong...I really feel all alone when doing investigation all by myself and now again, no barcode scanning...so who's going to guarantee my package?

      Updates:
      1. Thank goodness. Just track the order today and the track result appeared again because it is now in my country. Still in custom. I hope the stuff condition is still safe and undamaged and i believe so.
      2. 06th January: parcel finally arrived. Goods are in good condition. As expected from EMS: 5-10 days maximum, parcel should already be delivered. It was sent from Ireland on 30th Dec 2010 and arrived on 06 January 2011.
      This is the first time i feel a bit relieved that my package was fully declared so it has full insurance in case something happens.

      • nichan's parcel was shipped out on December 10th 2010 via USPS EMS
      • Somehow the parcel ended up in Ireland on December 16th 2010. We double checked the copies of the customs form and EMS form, the address that we placed on the parcel was correct. We called USPS, they told us that the parcel was not in Ireland, it was in Indonesia.
      • After no movement, receiving another email from nichan, and then seeing that the parcel was now dispatched from Ireland customs, we called USPS again. Once again they said that the parcel was not in Ireland, but in Indonesia. Not convinced we called back 5 minutes later and asked to speak to someone with more authority, (a manager). We were then informed that the parcel was in fact in Ireland. We opened up an investigation into the location of the parcel. USPS told us that they would call us within 7 working business days with an update on the whereabouts of the parcel.
      • We updated nichan with all of this information. We informed her that if USPS is not able to locate the parcel we would file a claim form and fully refund her money.
      • 7 business days passed, USPS did not contact us so we called them again. They told us that they located the parcel, it was in Ireland and it was dispatched to Indonesia on Dec 30th. Ireland did not scan the parcel, but once arriving in Indonesia it should be scanned again. We updated nichan with this information on Jan 3rd, (Jan 4th where she is located).
      • Soon after sending nichan our last update the parcel arrived in Indonesia. It is currently in customs.
      We have done everything in our power to get nichan's parcel to her. We clearly told her that if her parcel were to go missing she would be refunded. There is protocol that needs to be followed when working with the postal service, and that protocol can be a bit more difficult when dealing with an overseas parcel. This is the first time that we have had a parcel get sent to the wrong country, and hopefully it will be the last. nichan has made several purchases with us in the past; they were successful transactions without any problems. We always try to do right by our customers, what has happened with nichan's most recent purchase was an unfortunate error on the part of USPS.

She came with a face shield but it was lying next to her head as opposed to on her face. When I picked her up her head dropped out onto the table. But, she was fine and I'm very happy with her ^^

      It took four days for them to ship it and two days for it to arrive.

      Yeh, I've gotten eyes and shoes from them before and I like them just as much as always. The blue eyes didn't look quite like the picture, but their eyes rarely look the same in person as they do in the picture so I expect that.

      Yes for everything buy the blue eyes, like I said.

      Yeh. I had no problems with anything.

      I would absolutely deal with MoC again and am so glad there's a reliable USA dealer for Ringdolls.
