Yes, I am very pleased with the product quality. The hands arrived in excellent condition, packaged very securely, and included a gift.

The hands I ordered were done in the new resin Loongsoul is now using and unfortunately the shade did not match the old Loongsoul boy body that I have.

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
MoC was terrific. I contacted them immediately and they offered an exchange and were also willing to make an exception for me to be able to just return the hands. They also took a pair of the normal pink hands and checked them against an old resin Loongsoul boy body they had to see if there was a better match. They let me know right away that the pinks did not match at all and said they would give me a refund. But I love the hands. They are just what I wanted, other than the variation in resin color. I told MoC that I am keeping the hands and will try to get them blushed to match the body.

I cannot say enough good things about Mint On Card. This is the second time I’ve done business with them and they have impressed me both times with their level of service and attentiveness. They listen to their customers, do all they can to resolve a problem and answer questions, and provide some of the best customer service that I’ve seen anywhere. I highly recommend them.

They technically shipped the same day-- I ordered in the wee hours of the morning, something like 1AM, and got a shipping notice in my e-mail when I woke up around 2PM. I was very surprised to see that my order had shipped, because their site said that all orders had to be in by 5PM Wednesday to be processed before Monday the 28th as they're going to a convention! They arrived Saturday the 26th!

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
I don't really have anything to base quality from, as these are my first glass eyes, but I think they're beautiful and that's all that really matters to me. I'd gladly pay more than $9 for these eyes.

Not 100%, the colour is more yellow, but that's to be expected!

MoC, thank you so much!

To preface this: About a month before this order I put in a preorder through MoC for two dolls from Ringdoll: a tan Sol and a WS En. But Ringdoll has been having problems for a while, and it wasn't until after I ordered that I began to understand the vastness of it (there were a lot of us stressing out in that DoA waiting room thread, oh man). MoC had orders going back to November from them that they hadn't received. RD has not been able to be reached regularly, and hadn't been communicating even with its dealers, even ones in China, and no one has ever actually received a 70cm boy from them yet, etc. So MoC gave groups of us the option to cancel our orders for a refund. I looked at the situation and saw that MoC had an En is stock, but it was NS. All the official pictures showed of the NS was a headcap comparison. Yanagi (my En) is supposed to be pale so I was hesitant to order an NS En, but I feared that if I didn't go for the En in stock I might never have one should Ringdoll not recover. So I sent MoC more emails and asked if they'd be willing to send me a photo of the NS En. They did, and I saw he was still pretty pale. So I decided to cancel my preorder layaway and go with the En in stock. I am so happy that I did, my boy is home now and he's perfect. I cannot thank MoC enough for him, and how they handled the entire Ringdoll debacle, and all my emails with questions and concerns.

Absolutely wonderful. I emailed them many times, and their answers were always prompt and informative.

Very. I love their layaway system- it's perfect and worked flawlessly. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to take some time to pay for an order.

Just a couple days after I finished paying!

Very. I'm surprised at how much I paid (pre-order and discount; a little over $200 all together, shpping incl.) The product is very good quality; as good as well known companies (up there with Luts, Leeke, Volks etc.)

They shipped the very next day after I had placed my order, so May 9th. They packaged the eyes very well with bubble wrap and cardboard and even added a candy treat. ^^ I received it yesterday.

Very appropriate! The eyes are beautiful in comparison to these other glass eyes that I had bought for a higher price.
