      * How long did it take to ship? Arrived on the 7th...would have been here the day before but FedEx tried to deliver at OMG in the morning, before my apartment building office opened...and they never try to call the actual apartment. ><

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes indeed...though FDoll's white resin is more pinky-based now, so the body went to a different floating head than I was expecting it to. ^^; No fault of MoC's though....

      Excellent, they sent me an email to confirm my order and again once my order shipped. They answered all my questions and even kept me updated.

      Arrived today, 05/17/11. But took about a week from when they shipped it out.

      Oh, yes it was!!

      I emailed them because I found a bunch of scratches all across his head, but I cleaned him out and so there is no longer a problem. :)

      Yes! They left some surprises with the package, it was a very nice gesture.
       
    3. My order was placed in December 2010 thru Mint On Card using their 6month layaway

      I ordered a Loongsoul male 73-75cm body + the additionall locking knee joints thinking it would stabilize him better with all that weight. Why else would LS offer the additional parts if he didn't need them? Anyway, when my boy arrived yesterday I immediatley realized (after getting my fingers severely pinch 3 times) that he already had the locking knees as default!

      Needless to say, I sent an email off to MoC to see if I could return the extra knees for a refund or credit. MoC was awesome and told me to send back the knees for a full refund!! Once again MoC gets my vote for Great customer service!

      I have ordered many timed from MoC because their shipping prices are reasonable and the customer service is incredible!!! I will continue to order from them every chance I get.

    4. What did you order? Dollzone Pink 65cm Body, socks, a shirt, a pair of pants, and a pair of shoes.

      When did you order? February 23. All preorders were sent on February 28.

      How was the communication? Perfect, they contacted to let me know that they recieved my payment, that the body was on it's way to them, that they have recieved the body, and will ship it the next day along with the rest of my order.

      How easy was it to pay? Very easy, I paid with money order. This is one of the reasons why I love Mint on Card.

      How long did it take to ship? My order was shipped to my home on May 17. It arrived yesterday, May 19.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes.

      Were you satisfied with the product? Very satisfied, as always.

      Would you order from this company again? Of course! Wonderful customer service and one of the very few companies that give you the option to pay in money order. I wished they were distributors for all doll companies.

      It was alright. Responses were quick, I received shipping updates.

      Yes, definitely.

      Overall. MoC sent me the wrong sized eyes but it's not worth it to argue with them over.

      I will email them to tell them that some of the eyes are the wrong size, but that I will keep them. Also, they worked with me to cancel my Ringdoll order because of Ringdoll's latest drama, and refunded my money quickly for the Ringdoll purchases.

      Went with Layaway, they keep your credit card on file and automatically charge it when a paydate come up. I ended up wanting to pay early which wasn't listed on their site so i had to message them about it, which I thought was a little inconvieniant but they responded quickly, paid off my due, and took my card off of their records.

      Arrived May 15th

      There was a hiccup that was with HZ and not with MoC, HZ didn't ship one of my outfits when promised and I had to wait another month and a half for them to ship out again, MoC communicated this to me well and HZ threw in three packs of their smexy playing cards to make ammends.

      Purchased with Paypal. However on the mintoncard site, when I chose the country Canada, the browser did not submit and the program still showed STATE and would not let me continue. (Supposed to be province)

    9. We do not accept paypal. If customers have a credit or debit card associated with their PP account then they can technically pay via paypal using that card. We do not directly accept or use PP, if a customer has a card that deducts from a PP account though that can be used. It doesn't matter to us as it doesn't require us to work with PP in any way, it's the same as any other credit/debit card transaction.

      * How long did it take to ship? A long time... T_T DragonDoll took FOREVER to get stuff to them, but once MoC got it, it all got to me in a couple days.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? I'd say so. They do a very good job of providing as much info as they can on items, and if you have questions they answer fairly promptly, so no surprises on my items.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yeah. The panties were bigger then I thought, but whatever, they still fit, lol.

      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes, a minor problem with order, but that was DragonDoll's fault, not their's.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? I didn't get the feet with my doll that I was supposed to receive, which was DragonDoll's fault, so they canceled the 1 pair I had ordered and are replacing them with the feet I should have (which are a pre-order item, so unfortunately I have to wait a long time for them T_T ) and they will ship to me for free. They were very prompt & honest about the mishap.

      * How easy was it to pay? Easy via Credit Card, they don't use PayPal

      * How long did it take to ship? A long time... DollZone had to produce and ship them, and they are busy as usual. Once MOC got it, it was like 2 days.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, it was fine--I knew what I was getting because I have other DZ wigs and the price was comparable to other vendors. DZ had the cut I wanted and the color too.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? They actually were a bit nicer, a little silkier than the pictures would lead you to think.

      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes, it's nice to find good red wigs.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? NA, a pleasure, as usual. One note, I would split my order next time between in stock and pre-orders (do them as two separate transactions) so the in-stock could be shipped immediately--I forgot that MOC holds everything to ship as a unit.
