    15. This was my first time ever ordering and receiving my first BJD, so I'm quite ecstatic at the moment~

      DollZone Baixuan (Normal Pink) with Face Up, Brown Wig, and Gray eyes
      * When did you order? 10.26.12
      * How was the communication? The communication was wonderful! I received emails right away, and since my order was on layaway they would always send me a reminder to pay a day or 3 before the payment due date. They even told me when my order was complete and being shipped to them, as well as the a-okay email once they checked over the order and let me know they had it on hold.
      * How easy was it to pay? Very easy; with my debit card
      * How long did it take to ship? Since my order was a layaway, I had placed the order on October 26, 2012. MoC emailed me on January 2, 2013 stating that my order was on it's way to them from the DollZone company. It arrived to them on January 4. I payed of the layaway in full on January 5, and the payment went through on the 6th. They then stated that they mailed it out and sent me a FedEx invoice with a tracking number so that it could be kept track of. It arrived on January 9th, but I was not home for the delivery, so it arrived on the 10th. Overall, they were very quick about their delivery service.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes! For such a large doll, MoC actually offered the doll at a cheaper price than the original DollZone site. As for the eyes and wig, The wig isn't that well put together since I have already combed out quite a bit of the hair while straightening it. I feel it could have been a cheaper price for the quality received, but it's not too big of a deal to me.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes. The wig is actually a lighter color (more of a caramel) than the dark brown shown, but they do state that the colors may vary due to monitor color settings.

      When did you order? October, 2012 - but order not placed until late November - I did not notice Bold orange letters that was to have informed me of delayed placement of order. Be sure to read company rules as they vary from any company I have ever ordered from. They only place orders once per month. If you have not carefully read company rules and are a new customer you may be in for a very long wait with very little communication from this company.

      How long did it take to ship? I am still waiting with no idea when items may ship as Mint on Card receives no communication from the Chinese companies until items ship to them. I usually order directly from Island doll company and find communication better with that company than MOC

Emailed me a rather terse note that their customers are responsible and read company policy not just check that they have read them - which I must admit I did - checked but did not read. :roll:Their company policy is over a page long and I thought it was probably the same yada yada as every other BJD company posts. I bet I am not the only person who did not read all that page. So be warned that once paid - no refund - look for the Bold Orange Letters saying when your order will in reality be placed, do not expect communication from them until your order ships.
      Would you buy from this company again? Never. I will go back to ordering directly from the Chinese company as I do not have to look for Bold Orange letters telling me when my order will be placed and I can check on my order without being reprimanded for not reading their company rules.
      **they have now blocked me from their site which would be fine after my order was filled and I was satisfied but I perceive it as a very vindictive act because I gave them poor feedback.

      This is not accurate. As stated on our Store Policies page, once an order is submitted to the manufacturer it can not be canceled. The only reason this policy is in place is because the manufacturer will not allow us to cancel the order. We can't get a refund. If the customer places an order, and then decides to cancel, they will receive a full refund so long as we have not processed the order and the order has not been submitted to the manufacture. If we have processed the order, (but have not submitted it to the manufacturer), then the customer is refunded less 5%. The 5% fee is to cover the fee that we paid to process the payment, we are not refunded the card processing fees when we refund a customers card.

      This is simply a case of a customer not taking a few minutes to read our clearly posted policies. All items that are available as pre-orders have basic policy posted in bold red on their pages, and the pre-order submission date is in bold orange. It is very difficult to miss. Full store policy information can be found on our Store Policies page. We ask our customers during the check-out process if they have read our policies, because it's important and we want our customers to be fully informed. We can't possibly know when a customer has said that they have read the policies when really they have not. We very rarely get complaints, so it's our understanding that most of our customers do read our policies, which we appreciate.
