      * How was the communication? Wonderful as usual. One of my other orders (a DK Murong) came in w/a damaged head. Not only did they get a replacement - they sent the damaged head to me! Also I had a package disappear in transit (only time this has happened) & let MoC know - they replaced the event head & refunded me other stuff.
      * How easy was it to pay? Very easy even tho they don't take PayPal
      * How long did it take to ship? In stock comes right away - you see the shipping notice within 24 hrs. When they order from a company they keep in touch about when the company ships to them etc. AND they check the merchandise before sending it to you & deal w/any problems for you
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Certainly
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes - they just use the various doll company photos
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Guess so - I've spent LOTS of $$$$ w/them. I've bought 6 dolls & lots of clothes/wigs/shoes

      * How long did it take to ship? it took Dollzone 5 weeks to accomplish my order, 2 weeks the head went from China to the USA. And 5 weeks from the USA to Belarus. Frankly, i was afraid that the package would be lost. But it arrived safely.

      * How long did it take to ship? All orders were shipped out promptly (the preorder being shipped promptly after it arrived at MoC and was sorted, the length of time it took before that being DZ's delay not anything to do with MoC) and arrived promptly as well.

This was my first time purchasing a doll from them (And even though I knew the company and knew it's good rep, my mother got all in a huff about it and thought it was a scam. I tried over and over again to tell her that wasn't true, even called Mint on Card and talked to Lane, and then the owners of this website sent me an email and everything got straightened out. (Yes, my mother can be cautious sometimes...) But my mother now realizes this company is trustworthy, and is my go-to company to order from in the dolly world! So thank you, Mint on Card, and Lane, for dealing with my families crazy lol
      * How easy was it to pay? I wish they take paypal, but I understand that they don't. It's easy to pay, just put my CC information in and voila.
      * How long did it take to ship? Made last payment on August 6th, was shipped the next day on August 7th!

The company made noted of the changes to Alberta face-up. So when Alberta came home I so pleased find her horns blank. MC also good at instantly confirmed order, answering question, and sent a shipping notice.

      * How was the communication? They always respond promptly to e-mails! Initially, I realized I ordered incorrectly, and they cancelled my order and allowed me to order again (but correctly this time XD). Whenever I e-mailed about paying another layaway payment, they responded quickly and took it out quickly. As soon as my dolls were shipped from Doll-Zone, they e-mailed me, then e-mailed again when they arrived at MoC, then again to tell me when they shipped to me with the tracking number. With everything they do, they respond quickly, process orders quickly, and keep in contact along the way! I love ordering from them.
      * How easy was it to pay? Easy! Whenever I wanted to make a layaway payment all I had to do was e-mail them.

      Great. Everything I needed to know was on the website. Plus, I got an email confirmation when I placed the order and when the order was shipped.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy. No paypal, of course, but it's easy to use a credit card.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      My items were in stock, and they shipped on 5/6 (I ordered on a Friday, and they shipped on a Monday).

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Very! Even the cheapy shoes are great, and a perfect fit. I am a huge fan of their glass eyes--they are very inexpensive and nice looking. And I love that I can get in-stock DollHeart and Angell-Studio items without a wait.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes. I was a little surprised at the DH shoes. They are brown striped, not gray. It's not a problem--and the item number is the same. It's the same on DH's home page, too.

      Yes!

      Didn't really have to communicate with them, but I received: a confirmation email of my order, and an email of when my items shipped. I have no doubt that if I had a question, they would get back to me right away.

      Easy as always with the ol' credit card.

      I received my box on Thursday 05/16/13.

      All three pairs of shoes were adorable, and well made. Definitely worth the price. The glass eyes are also beautiful, and worth the cost.

      Everything looked just like the pictures. The pair of blue eyes were a bit darker than what I had expected, but I love them.

      Yes; satisfied with everything I received. This is the third time I've ordered from Mint on Card, and I am 100% happy with the whole transaction. They are a great company! I'm a customer for life :)
       
    16. This is long overdue- I've ordered multiple times from MoC over the past few years, so it's time I give them the props they deserve!

      Grown-Up Kira NS w/ free faceup for the event.

      * When did you order?
      May 15

      * How was the communication?
      Prompt, friendly, and responsive. I changed my order to have my Kira put on the old body instead of the new one and they were incredibly quick to confirm my order. As soon as they got their shipping notice from DL, they let me know, and they were very generous about making adjustments to help me out regarding shipping requests. (I needed the FedEx guys to know to leave the box at my apartment complex office and not at my doorstep if I wasn't there, so they put a very large, noticeable sign on the shipping box with clear instructions. I was impressed.)

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Super easy.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      I've never had a company ship this fast! It was exactly one month from ordering that I received him! MoC is very, very quick when it comes to shipping out orders once they get them, and they package them very well.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      Unfortunately, I had ordered a pair of glass eyes that DL didn't place in the shipment. I'll be waiting for them to come with the next.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Very much so. The resin feels lovely, the construction is sturdy, and the faceup is gorgeous.

      Close enough to them for me to be happy.

      I'm very happy with the product.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      MoC has flawless customer service. MoC let me know ahead of time that the eyes didn't get shipped and gave me the option to wait and ship doll and eyes together, or ship the doll now and ship the eyes when they arrive, with the added expense of shipping the eyes. (of course, I wasn't about to wait for my doll!) They were very apologetic, but it wasn't their fault at all.

      MoC is usually who I turn to when I'm looking to buy anything doll-related. I'd rather shop with them than anyone else. They're fabulous, and I can't sing their praises enough! Of course I'll order from them again! :)

      * How long did it take to ship? From the time they got my last package from Dollzone, it was only over the weekend since the package arrived on a Friday. She was shipped on Monday June 17th and arrived on Wednesday June 19th although I didnt get to open her until Sunday June 23rd because she was shipped to a relatives house. From date of order it took 17 weeks exactly before she arrived at my relatives due to DZ and angell-studio being backed up with orders which was no fault of MoC ^^. My doll-leaves doll arrived at MoC in 5 weeks and 3 days from the date they submitted the order [March 9th] :]
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Absolutely! I love my doll [she is my very first one!] and she is just gorgeous! All of her stuff arrived in perfect condition and was safely packaged :]
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? All of the items looked exactly like the sales pictures except for her boots. In the sales image it looks like they are red and black but I received brown and black boots. This is no fault of MoC though as they were made by Dollzone. I actually dont mind that they are brown and read somewhere that they may be brown when you received them as it happened to someone else.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes!
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? The only issue was the boots and I did not contact MoC about them because I did not want to wait for a replacement pair from DZ and I didnt think it was likely that I would get a red and black pair anyway. Plus DZ is seriously behind on orders. They still look perfectly fine and are in good shape. The only issue was the color :]
